I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with our room and the facilities. The shower water pressure was very slow, and the shower itself was not clean upon arrival. The toilet did not flush properly, and there were not enough towels provided in the room. Additionally, there were no towels available in the pool area or the fitness centre. The fitness centre was locked when we arrived at 7:00 a.m., despite signage indicating it opens at 5:30 a.m. We repeatedly had to go to the front desk to request towels and to have the fitness centre unlocked, which was inconvenient. While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, the majority appeared disengaged and as though they did not want to be there. Overall, this significantly impacted our experience. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate hearing how this will be resolved.
