✨ Pool Heating (Solar Powered)
The pool is heated naturally through solar panels during the day. Temperature depends on sunlight and weather conditions.
On average, the pool is about 8–10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature, with warmer results after consecutive sunny days.
Please note: pool temperature is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed.
Enjoy sunny afternoons by the pool or unwind in the evening in your private outdoor sanctuary.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Please respect the peaceful residential neighborhood.
📦 Mail & Deliveries
USPS delivery is not available.
UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries are permitted.
Management is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

This is a self-catering home. A starter kit is provided for your arrival convenience:
These items are intended for initial convenience. For extended stays, guests may wish to restock based on personal preference.

• Garbage bags (1 per bin + 1 extra)
• 3 dishwasher pods
• Shampoo, conditioner & body wash per bathroom
• 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
Guests are responsible for additional supplies for longer stays.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.
🛏 Towels & Linens
• Bed linens and bath towels are provided
We do not provide washcloths.
Paper towels are provided for use in place of hand towels.
• Beach and pool towels are not provided — please bring your own if needed.
🔥 BBQ GRILL: Optional | $25 per stay
The charcoal BBQ grill is located on the patio deck and is available upon request for a flat $25 fee per stay, payable in advance through the Guest Services Store.
Please note: • Guests must bring their own grilling supplies
• All charcoal and ash must be properly disposed of after use
To avoid additional cleaning fees: • The grill must be cleaned after use
• Ensure all coals are fully extinguished and the grill is completely turned off
🌡 Climate Control
To protect the HVAC system:
• Keep A/C between 72°F – 78°F
• Lower settings may cause damage and result in fees
🗑 Trash & Recycling
Trash: Monday & Thursday
Recycling: Wednesday
If bins are full at checkout, please place them at the curb.
🔧 Maintenance & Property Access
Authorized personnel may access the property for routine services such as:
• Landscaping
• Pest control
• HVAC maintenance
• Pool service
Outdoor access may occur without prior notice; indoor access only when necessary.
Refund & Maintenance Policy
No refunds for minor, non-cosmetic, or promptly addressed maintenance issues
No refunds once the stay has been used or occupied
Refunds are only considered for verified habitability issues that prevent the use of the property
Guest relocation options may be offered at management discretion
All concerns must be reported promptly to allow timely resolution
Maintenance & Support Availability
Our management team is available to coordinate maintenance and service calls during standard business hours
Requests submitted during business hours are addressed in the order received and prioritized based on urgency
After-hours support is limited to emergency issues affecting safety or habitability
⚖ Maintenance & Liability
• Property is professionally cleaned before arrival
• Guests are expected to maintain the home during their stay
• Normal wear and tear may be present
• No refunds for weather, early departure, construction, or amenity interruptions beyond control
In rare cases, comparable property substitution may occur due to unforeseen issues.
Management and owners are not liable for incidental damages or injuries during your stay.
