Very convenient good quality price

checking in checking out was super fast. The pool was nice when we arrived in the afternoon to swim there was no towel, but the staff immediately went and got some breakfast was fine. There was eggs and sausage and potatoes, some muffins, and fruits and yogurts

It's fine.

Don't stay here if you need WiFi for anything, the service is terrible. Got the suite so we could spread out in the room but the couch was dingy so we didn't want to sit on it. It was fine for a one night stay.

This place is just ok. We don’t ind staying here but it is in desperate need of a renovation and upgrades. The A/C units sounded like they were going to quit working any minute and rumbled so bad we thought they might just fall out of the window. But the staff was friendly but understaffed so waited quite a long time to try and check in but really friendly. With a little love this place would be amazing

My sister booked her room first as we planned our trip 4 months ahead thinking that the plan could still change. She booked “refundable” option, but it was changed to “un refundable” by itself when she hit book. She called the hotel about the website changed on her within minutes, and the manager would not help her. So she is stuck with the hotel. Because she is stuck with the hotel, I had to book this hotel as well. I would never use this hotel again with the fear that the web site changes on me and the manager refuse to help.

Room 240 is right above housekeeping laundry room.

We checked in shortly after 3 pm after a long drive for a concert that evening so we could take a nap and have an early dinner. Unfortunately, our room was right above the housekeeping laundry room with three noisy industrial sized dryer ducts just outside the window next to the bed. In addition, the laundry room had staff going in and out constantly so the thud of the door could be felt. The front desk said they could not move us because of the type of room that we were in. I reserved a king bed room and somehow got assigned an accessible king bed room. In hindsight, I worry if I corrected them on the room type, they could have moved us. After a late night at the concert we went to sleep intending to sleep in but the dryer vents fired up again before 7 am. The assistant general manager said that the laundry is supposed to be running only 9-5 but obviously, it wasn't. In any case, my hope is that Hilton will see this and address this room (240) and make it better for future guests. Maybe if a guest checks in after 6 pm and wakes up by 6:30 am they would never know about this issue but that was not the case with our visit.
Room 240 is right above the housekeeping laundry room. There are three noisy industrial sized dryer ducts on the other side of the window next to the bed.
