I haven't seen a less lively pool and don't want to. With no bar, music, or food available poolside, this is what you get.

Seems like the property is transitioning from one owner to another, lots of projects in progress around the place. My key stopped working for some reason, someone came with a master key but no one ever gave me a new key card. It was nice having the cooler salt water pool and the staff were friendly.

The property is clean and the staff was helpful. Walking distance to some great restaurants and short drive to the downtown area. The pool area was nice and had music playing, plenty of chairs. My only complaints would be the TVs in the room did not have local channels and were a little confusing. Also we got a room with 2 beds, which were full size. Queens would be much better if you have multiple people in the room.

If you're looking to stay in Palm Springs on a budget then this spot will work for you. It's a budget motel with a decent pool area. The walls are paper thin and I could hear both rooms next to me and doors slamming upstairs. The room was unfortunately kind of messy upon arrival (hair in the shower, dirty floors). But let me stress....if you don't mind a budget motel this place will work for you. And the pool area is actually quite nice

Very disappointed, i reserved the weekend for my parents it was a gift for my moms Birthday, unfortunately they were so upset there was absolutely no hot water they did shower for two days , there was a issue with the parking my parents left the hotel and came back. It was no parking. And weather was so bad they couldn’t even go to the pool , Long story short I called the customer service to speak with her administrator manager. They took several messages and no one called me back. I’m very disappointed. I never had an issue like this before.

We arrived three hours early for check-in, fully understanding that early access isn’t always possible. However, the hotel was nearly empty, yet no effort was made to accommodate us or offer an alternative. The bigger issue was their lack of luggage storage, leaving us with no choice but to sit in the lobby for hours (though we finally asked if we could take our luggage to the pool) and ended up waiting sitting by pool (not swimming) because it was filled with dirt and garbage due to it being an extra windy day and apparently they only clean it once in the morning. For a slightly higher price per night, we could have stayed somewhere far more accommodating — We wouldn’t return.

The floor was dirty, full of hair. When we went to the pool, the pool was not hot, it should have been 85 degrees. The jacuzzis were cold. There were no towels in the pool. We asked for an extra bathrobe and they told us that the hotel only gave one. When my reservation was for two people, they refused to give us another bathrobe. I had to bathe with cold water, there was no hot water. It is the worst hotel. I do not recommend it.

The water is nice

I wish I had more time to enjoy this place. Two different pools & two hot tub spas along with several loungers & cabanas. Well maintained pool area with good water temperatures. Friendly staff & plenty of parking. Very comfortable bed in renovated room.
