They DO NOT ALLOW MUSIC. This is not stated anywhere on Expedia. Over all the hotel looks nice but lord the rooms need better AC and proper ventilation in the restroom.
The problem existed with the check in. Though they state they don't allow early check-in, this was off-season. Thet weren't busy and there were ample clean rooms. I don't blame staff, I blame the management. We came in from out of town and arrived early. Hoping for accomodation from our hotel, we received none. 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out will assure I find other lodging when in town for my next meeting.
We had high hopes for this hotel, but they fell a little flat. A major reason we selected this hotel was for the nice pools - which were poor, they weren't properly maintained, although there were two - they were both ice cold (and we stayed during March, so it wasn't very warm yet). The hot tubs also weren't hot - they were the temperature you'd expect the pool to be.
Very clean abnd modern rooms. Only problem was the pool and hot tubs had grass and stuff from winds. Extra nets should be outside and available for guests to clean debris if staff won't.
