The room was subpar. Too many items in disrepair. No maid service. Motel 6 is better. Reported to the front desk about a serious bug problem and nothing was done. I killed 12 bugs in 3 days and saw bugs constantly. The spa was not working. The property looked like it was ready to be abandoned. Will never stay there again. Also gives me concern about Wyndham?

The quality of Customer Service Excellence stands out to me first and foremost. To be recognized and appreciated is the reason that I continue to be a loyal customer. The rooms are always clean and organized, the parking lots are well lighted to ensure that you and you vehicle are safe. There is also Security present to reinforce the safety of the property and it's guests. This type of quality does go unnoticed. This was old and dilapidated property, the mattress had holes, mattress was very old, and not supportive. Bath tub had large stains, another room smell like chemical and the night stand appeared to have some kind of chemical on it. May have been pesticide. the pictures of the rooms on expedia was misleading. Not even close. The high price did not reflect the product. Very disappointed with Wyndam.

The entire complex is rundown. Potholes in the parking lot. This is the first time staying at this place and our room needed some cleaning, only a couple of lights switches worked, the outlets didn’t work, the keys were not working properly and when we went to the office to check them, the clerk said that they work but it was a little tricky. Also the toilet was leaking. We will not stay here again.

We were satisfied with our room to begin with. But within 1 hour of arrival we saw (and killed) a cockroach on the wall. The front desk told us "if you haven't used the room, we can change it, or if you're going out for a couple of hours we can have maintenance spray your room". Wait, no expression of surprise or horror from the mgmt? No apology? I replied that we hadn't planned to go out as we had food in the fridge and we had used the bathroom. As we had only seen 1 roach, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it was the only roach.To be safe, we repacked our clothes and put the suitcase on the other bed. But we saw several more during the night in the sink and toilet areas. Not much sleep, worrying about whether any bugs had gotten into our bags.In the morning we told the mgmt, ok, we'll change rooms. We repacked and put all our stuff in the car. They then said they would see, but "couldn't promise" to have a room. Finally about mid-day they said they didn't have a room. We saw more roaches during the day and killed almost all of them. Our clothes were still packed in the car. We brought in the suitcase, changed clothes and put it back in the car. Mgmt said they'd have a room the next day. We looked online at their reviews and saw many others had also complained about roaches, so it's obvious they continue to book these rooms knowing they're infested. Shame on Travelodge! They did change us to another bldg the 3rd day that was bug-free.
