Somewhat terrible.

Nice location, pool was great. My room was in terrible condition.. gap under to door was so big, snakes and bugs could get in, bathroom door was broke so someone could see in, black mold in the bathroom shower and tub, numerous roaches that i killed. I took pictures of everything. Im a disabled vet, and my immune system is bad. Was worried bugs or snakes could come in. And fire alarm was red tagged. And food stuck on the bed sheets.

I liked the treatment of the reception and also that the rooms smell good and the beds are very comfortable, the pool is a plus that adds to the hotel , Very good to spend the night before going to Coachella.

It was in a great walking area for architecture and landscaping. There seems to be less wind than normal and it was hotter. The pool area was great for all day, with tables with umbrellas as well as loungers, sun and shade. The large pool was quickly maintained after a storm. Close to mall with Ralph's and food court.
