Koe yksi uusimmista vuokrakohteistamme, Blue Tide 8A - lahden edessä sijaitseva kiinteistö, kävele rannalle!

Vieraat saapuvat Blue Tide 8A: lle löytääkseen tilavan 1 makuuhuoneen osakehuoneiston, joka on vasta vuokrattu kiinteistö. Mukavasti nukkuva 8 ja melkein 900 neliöjalkaa, tämä ominaisuus on täydellinen paikka seuraavalle perhelomalle.

Saapuessaan vieraat löytävät sisäänrakennetut kerrossängyt, Twin yli Twin -sarjan, jotta kaksi vierasta voi nukkua hyvin. Heti seuraa on makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode, tilava vaatekaappi ja upouusi taulutelevisio! Kylpyhuoneessa on myös suihku ja turhamaisuus / peili-yhdistelmä.

Kauempana kiinteistöä vieraita tervehtii avoin, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, uuni, astianpesukone ja kaikki tarvittavat taloustavarat minkä tahansa aterian tarjoamiseksi! Tätä avointa keittiötä seuraa neljä baarijakkaraa nopeaa istumista varten ja täysi pöytä / ruokasali tuolit lisäistuimia. Keittiö avautuu olohuoneeseen, ja siinä on kaksi mukavaa sohvaa, jotka ovat taulu-tv: n suuntaan ja joista on näkymät Meksikonlahden lasi-liukuovien läpi - täydet näkymät! Yksi sohvista on Queen-vuodesohva, joka tarjoaa mukavan lisävuodemahdollisuuden 2: lle.

Henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ovat aivan lasiovien ulkopuolella - runsaasti ulkoterassi tarjoaa vieraille mahdollisuuden kokea täydellisten näkymien kauneus koko päivän joka päivä!

Blue Tide tarjoaa myös yhteisöuima-altaan käytettäväksi. Hotellissa on yksi nimetty parkkipaikka ja vieraspysäköinti ylivuotoa varten.

The location was amazing. The house was clean and a really nice size. Love that we had our own little patio spot. The only issues we had was the listing for the beach chairs and umbrellas was wrong and we had to call several different people to figure out how we could accommodate all six of our people. Thankfully the actual business was on the beach and helped us out but Scenic Stays needs to update their amenities and be up to date with who they’re doing business with because that was exhausting to try and get everything together before we got there (and it wasn’t even resolved until we got on the beach). Also, us having six people, which the listing says it accommodates, two rolls of toilet paper is not enough and it should reflect how many guests you allow to have in your unit. There was also no salt and pepper or coffee. Thankfully we brought our own. Another thing, all the locks on the bikes did not work. So we didn’t have access to the bikes. That should be figured out. So just little things that got annoying. Other than that, being in that area was very relaxing and nice. I would stay again and hopefully the owners are aware of these issues to prevent them moving forward.

Incredible location

Walk down the stairs and immediately on the beach. Convenient chairs and umbrellas provided which was awesome. Just down the road from Alys Beach and all the great restaurants and shops. Condo itself is perfect for a family of 4. First floor was another added convenience. Nicely decorated and all the comforts needed for a few days.

Great and convenient location!

Pleasant stay. Clean. Love the easy access to the beach and pretty private. Only thing is, there is no lock from the inside to the front door. But overall it was just as the pictures listed.

Great quiet location

The property is in an awesome quiet location with a private beach. The umbrella and chairs each morning on the beach is very convenient. The place could use better bathroom lighting and there’s a few broken tiles in the bathroom; however, very minor issues. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay by the beach

We had a blast at Blue Tide. Even with a double red day, with the proximity to the Chill and Rosemary beach we were able to use bikes and go everywhere, avoiding the crazy traffic. The chair service is superb, and Frankie is a gem. The home is beautifully decorated. Maintenance came quickly to repair an issue. My only complaint is that the text that we could check in early came on Monday, when we had already been in the condo since Saturday, and we had spent the afternoon trying to keep busy until check in, when had we known to check emails- we would have seen the code to get in early.

Beach vacation

Blue Tide 8A was the perfect place for our Florida Beach getaway. Clean comfortable but best of all close to the Beach!! The beach chairs and umbrella set up was an added bonus! The beach was not crowded at all. Proximity to Panama City and Destin makes this location ideal!!

Best beachfront property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated, recently renovated, and had a beautiful beach view. Property is on the first floor, and it made for easier transport of our supplies down to the beach. Parking spots are clearly labeled with the condo numbers, so you don’t have to fight with neighboring condos for parking. There are a couple of flights of stairs down to the beach, but they weren’t an issue for us at all. We have stayed at several different condos along 30A over the years, but overall this one is our favorite by far! Highly recommend, and we hope to rebook for next summer! :-)

Poor management

We planned our family spring break and brought along our 83yo grandpa for his last hoorah (he can barely walk). I booked a ground floor beach front condo for him to easily sit outside while his grandkids played near him. This trip was destroyed when we arrived to a construction zone. The beautiful beach view gone, deck torn up and construction workers all over. He couldn’t even open the curtains. Just awful. We had zero heads up that this was going on. I was in tears for my dad - sad that his last trip of life turned out like this. The calendar for this condo should have been blocked during construction. But hey, at least the owner and management company made a few bucks. Greed - people don’t care anymore. The courteous thing to do would have been to let us know so we could have booked elsewhere.

Great, but a few things to be aware of...

Overall, we do recommend it, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Pros and Cons below. *Pros*: Tremendous location, reserved umbrella/chairs on beach, parking space outside front door, easy check in/out process, big kitchen, solid bunk beds. *Cons* 1) Cheap appliances - fridge / freezer did not cool sufficiently. We had to dispose of food and spent much more $ eating out than we had planned. We asked for it to be addressed. Day 1, a technician came, but the door was dead-bolted so they could not access. We asked for them to return and they never did. 2) Thin ceilings - condo above allows 12 people, which can sound like a herd of elephants above you through no fault of their own. We didn't sleep well until they decided to settle down. 3) Picture misleading. There are 52 stairs to the beach. OK if you're in physical condition to handle it. Would be very tough for some. 4) Building in general is a bit weathered and needs some TLC.

The view!!!!!

Awesome view! If you’ve traveled to 30A before- you know that from Seacrest all the way to Blue Mountain Beach can get super steep. Thus place got bad reviews for the steepness. For those wanting flat/no stairs to the beach- try Inlet, West end PCB, or Grayton.. We have bigger kids, so the stairs to the beach didn’t bother us at all. That view is totally worth it. Beach chair guy was awesome! (Other Mama’s orange chair company). Furniture needs to be updated in den, and there seemed to be a smell. I wished I’d had a sheet to throw over the couch so that it felt clean and a candle to burn would be smart. Most families would think nothing of it ;). We stayed on the beach whole time, so it was really fine. The beds were cozy. Parking is tight. Construction is completely done upstairs, but the ceiling is thin. It sounded like elephants were up there. Keurig is in a bottom cabinet. I was sad to find it my last day. This place got some bad reviews, but the management company sent messages constantly to make sure we were good and didn’t have questions. This was a very last minute rental. Everything is booked solid down here, so if you want to go to the beach- Just book it. It’s not perfect, but we loved that we found this-probably due to a cancellation- and snatched it up.

Super disappointed ruined vacation.

Really disappointed weekend. We chose this location for a quick getaway & problems began as soon as we arrived. Small trailer parked over the line next to our assigned parking space. We learned very early the next morning that the trailer was there bc the condo directly above our bedroom was being renovated. Construction started at 8am on New Years Day... The property manager was excellent & did what they could but our 3 day weekend was shot after the loud construction and following problems. The place itself needed some updates. That awesome pic of stairs going down to the beach... well those stairs lead down a literal cliff. Easily 50 foot drop from the back of the condo to the beach. TV didn't work. Internet dropped in & out a few times the first night. We just left the next afternoon & drove home.

December 2020 Visit

Great Location. Not impressed with Property Mgt team. Pros: Easy Check-in, Unit clean and well stocked, location on the beach was great. Cons: We logged a maintenance ticket (main TV broken, Toilet required constant plunging) upon arriving and never got a response from Property Mgt team during 4-day stay. The unit above 8a was going thru a complete renovation resulting in constant daytime noise. We were outside most of the time, but in our opinion this should have been communicated prior to our arrival. We recommend Blue Tide as a destination, but will use a different property mgt company next time we visit Seacrest.
