Staff was rude. Room smelled, no food at breakfast. Came down at 8 and all food was empty. Asked to refill and they came out about 20 min later. Awful food. Powdered eggs, microwaved bacon, cold biscuits. No batter for waffles, no yogurt. List could go on.

This hotel is run down, breakfast runs out pretty quickly and there is not enough seating for everyone but the staff is super friendly and this gives you access to private beaches at their sister properties so.....for the money it's probably worth overlooking all of that but still we need an update here.

4 day music festival

We were in fo Gulf Coast Jam. location was convenient. Room was a little older but comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and present. security visible every evening.We were at the end of breakfast everyday so not much to chose from, but they had plenty of waffles,coffee and good cream. Breakfast area could have used a little more attention to detail. overall, it was good and i would stay again.

Our stay at La Quinta in Panama City beach was very pleasant, lobby area nice and clean, breakfast time was a bit crowded and there was no tables a chairs available. Food was good. The only thing we saw was quite of trash around the property.

I did not know until I got there and saw the zoo in the lobby that this property apparently is a very pet friendly hotel. I asked for a non pet room as I am allergic to animal dander. They assured me the 4th floor was kept free of animals. However after just 1 night I woke up sneezing and my eyes were swollen and watering. After showing my condition to the manager, she did let me out of my remaining nights there and gave me a complete refund so I do appreciate that. It was just a big inconvenience to my plans for the day to have to find another hotel on a busy weekend and move rooms

I think the hotel has a problem with mold. There were gray spots on the ceiling and it’s VERY humid inside. Door frames and tub were rusted and paint was coming off. The carpet was VERY dirty as well.

We had a motion sensor fan in our Bathroom that went off and on all night long and someone close in vicinity to us had multiple dogs in their room that barked all night. I am 100% for pet friendly hotels but maybe designate a floor for them for the people who are trying to sleep.
