No tea or coffee facilities in room as was told there was when booked, had to buy from them, front staff at reception not helpful at all, basic rooms, 2 irons for over a thousand gusts. On the good side staff helpful and polite in restaurant

Pretty hotel, children loved the donkeys, ponies, rabbits etc. Female staff in restaurant a bit grumpy, an occasional smile would have been nice. Room comfortable and did the job.

Nice enough but probably wouldn’t return

Nice location, room was fine and there’s a regular shuttle bus. However, we didn’t much like the breakfast- pastries were nice but didn’t fancy the rest! Staff weren’t particularly friendly and I don’t like the no bags policy. Expensive food at dinner, and you have to pay to park. Next time we’d probably try somewhere else.

Very pretty but service could improve

Beautiful scenery and easy shuttle service to Disney. Don’t realise parking was quite so pricey and the staff haven’t been too friendly (only one person on reception so took a while and he seemed stressed!). At breakfast I wasn’t allowed my bag at the table so they put it in a cupboard? Think they’re worried about customers taking food away from breakfast. Dinner was quite expensive so we ended up going to macdonalds!

The breakfast was cold every day and the process to get into breakfast was a bit ridiculous. I understand needing to check in by room number, but why do we have to be escorted to a specific table? It made the process longer. The hotel room was very small, and not in the best condition. The website said each room had air conditioning, but ours didn't seem to work and housekeeping seemed to turn the heat up each time they came in. We had to sleep with the window open so it didn't get too hot. Having access to the disney shuttle was nice. It was a reasonable place to stay, but not really nice by any means.

I liked the place it had a nice little farm , breakfast was good , close to Disney ,however needs more improvements in the rooms a mini fridge would be convenient specially for family with kids . I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again .

Eeeh!

The hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle service to/from the park, but they are also partnered with about 5-6 other hotels. Getting to your hotel can be a bit chaotic at park closures because of this. It is a pretty location, has a mini farm where you can see some animals. There is a restaurant downstairs but we waited for about 45 minutes to order and no only 1 out of 8 tables filled had food in front of them. This is the same place where you will get your breakfast in the morning. Dont expect anything fancy because the pancakes and the crepes are cold. You are expected to warm them in a microwave. The ladies working the morning shift were extremely rude to customers. We speak both English and Spanish and neither seemed to have pleased them. The will not allow you to take anything inside: purse, backpack, stroller. Not even fill a water jug for a child-age 3! Overall the stay was average but the service at the restaurant was not great. We booked this hotel because of 1) Disney proximity and 2) farm animals/ petting zoo.

Great Stay with a Convenient Shuttle to Disneyland

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! The free shuttle to Disneyland Paris made getting to the parks effortless. I had read quite a few negative reviews about the breakfast, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I actually really enjoyed it. There was plenty of choice, the quality was great, and I’d say it was better than the buffet breakfast at Premier Inn. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be returning!

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The surfaces in the room were dirty, the bedding and carpet were covered in bits and dust, and the bed squeaked horrendously, non stop. My toddler and I were kept awake all night. The phone in the room didn't work, therefore I couldn't contact reception. I tried to call reception from my mobile, but the receptionists kept hanging up on me. I had to drag my toddler down to reception in her pjs to try and get the code for the wifi. Just an horrendous stay.

Great budget option. Noisy at night with people returning from Fireworks. Very basic. No tea, coffee facilities. But clean and comfy beds. Absolutely no chance of taking food at breakfast for snacks as they have signs up about bags being banned at the breakfast room. Pizza in the bar area was lovely and drinks were nice too. We only stayed 1 night. I probably wouldnt want to stay longer than that.
