Fantastic Family Hotel

We loved this hotel. We understand European hotels are much different space wise than American hotels. With that said, the staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. They were so nice, the entire hotel staff. We arrived early after a long flight, and they were quick to clean our room and let us in to enjoy the space. The hotel was clean and had AC with our own thermostat in our room, so we could adjust to our liking. The hotel is in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, and all the store in Paris! Breakfast was also wonderful with the all you can drink cafe machine. Overall, fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

This hotel is very nice, it’s small but we had all that we needed! It’s very close to Trocadero for dining options, walkable to the Eiffel Tower, and a metro station. We loved our stay and would definitely use it again.

Terrible hotel and overpriced, even for Paris!

The location is excellent, but the hotel itself was disappointing. Our flight from Palma to Paris was delayed, and we ended up arriving a day late. We asked the hotel to move our check-in to the following day, which they agreed to, but they offered no assistance or discount for missing a night (worth over $500). Upon arrival, we were assigned a room down a dark hallway with a tiny window overlooking the smoking patio, so we couldn’t open the window at all. The room lacked any real view—it felt more like a closet—and the air conditioning was either too cold or too hot. It also had a moldy smell, and I experienced a severe allergy attack every time the AC was on. Right after checking in, I approached the front desk to request a different room with a window, preferably not on the ground or basement level. They told me all rooms were booked. They then claimed that we had the best room in the hotel, with the front desk employee even saying, “I would spend money for this room; it’s the best room, no room is better.” I told him I felt claustrophobic and couldn’t breathe, but he just responded with “sorry.” Getting to our room involved passing through seven doors, and once, when leaving, we found ourselves blocked in by a café table—potentially a fire hazard. Luckily, we managed to find our way out. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to avoid Room #10!

The hotel was alright, however on the expensive side.We had a very unpleasant experience as it was my birthday and my partner contacted the hotel to try and arrange something nice. They offered him a "anniversary package" that includes " glitters on the bed, a big Happy birthday balloon, a homemade chocolate cake and two glasses of juice for an extra cost of 50 euros." It was a huge disappointment. We were asked our check in time, and we arrived accordingly at 5pm due to the Eurostar. We came to the room to find a sad "Happy Birthday " bunting fallen on the bed, covered in tape wrapped on itself. There was no big Happy Birthday balloon, and "the cake" turned out to be 2 small squares of stale leftover brownie from their continental breakfast. The balloons deflated by the time we arrived and these were also stuck to the wall with packing tape wrapped on itself. The juice was fully warm and it has separated. This was not even on my birthday as they got the day wrong. After finding out from my partner that this was an additional €50, I went to speak with the team and try to get a refund. I explained the situation, and the morning receptionist wasn't phased. We showed him pictures of the room, and he said "this is our usual service". They told us we need to talk to the director for a refund, and we returned to the hotel specifically for this, but the director was not there throughout our stay. Towels were not changed and the tissues and toilet paper ran out without replacement.

Our bathroom. The sink leaked. The toilet leaked. The shower leaked. Our friends tge shower didn’t even work. We stayed for 4 nights and nobody came around to fix anything. You couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. They wanted money for instant coffee.

Cozy, Clean boutique hotel

Our stay at The Hotel Long Champs was incredible. The staff incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is small, but our room was spacious by Paris standards. It's also one of the few hotels that has rooms with one queen bed and two twin beds making it perfect for families. It's a well maintained old hotel and I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness.
