Great customer service! Bed was a bit hard and they put a mattress pad on it. Superior room 502 has street view and a view of the arc and top of the Eiffel Tower you can see sparkle at night. Very convenient location.

The location was very good. However, the hotel needs room improvements; the rooms are extremely small. It has tiny showers and needs a bigger breakfast room.

Great location! Attraction sites are walkable from the hotel and the Metro is just a block away. Breakfast is good. The staff is generally helpful and nice. Though the room is clean, the room and the bathroom are so small.

This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

The hotel was on centre of Paris. It was very convenient as everything was pretty close. Room cleaning was provided daily. Me kids enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend it.
