The hotel is near the airport compared with Paris city, but we can hardly reach the airport by foot. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it can be reached from Paris by a series of connections (but this may take a long time).
In the neighborhood of the hotel, there are markets and a shopping center (~15 min walking). There is a coffee machine in the lobby, with reasonable prices, and with free hot water for those who want to prepare tea.
The room was clean, but had only essential amenities, such as shower gel and towels. The size is reasonable for one person, but will be tight for two persons with luggage.
The bathroom is small and has a big error in the shower box design. The lower part and the upper part (where the curtain is hung) of the box have different shapes. The consequence is that water easily flows to the rest of the bathroom and to the room, which is at a lower level. One person can deal with that, but for two persons it may be uncomfortable.
The breakfast had basic options, but was reasonable for the price.
In the morning and in the afternoon, the hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which costs 6 euros per person.
Considering the price and the location, I recommend the hotel for a single person in a short stay near the airport.
