The warm sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico just a 3 minute walk from your front door!
Home is within easy walking and biking distance to all area attractions.
"Beach Cottage" is the perfect little house for a small family, couples, or anyone looking for a simple, yet memorable vacation. This cozy home can sometimes be over shadowed by the larger homes in the area. But that's what we love about it.
Outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach.
Outdoor picnic table and charcoal grill. 
2 beach bikes, wheeled cooler, beach cart, beach chairs and beach toys for you to use during your stay!

Beach Supplies: Use of the owner’s beach cart and 4 Beach Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. If you want to hit the beach, just ask and we’ll toss in some beach towels too!

The Pensacola Beach Cottage a more peaceful and affordable option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches.  This makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach and is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. This wonderful beach cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer!

Here’s what to expect:
Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

You need to know:
Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.
Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement.
Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM
Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. 

Important Information:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. 
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property. 
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years.
Snowbird Rentals Accepted

Other things to note:
While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of caution, and the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay, and the house was all we needed. The outside shower was nice to rinse off sand after the beach trips. The storage area has all the beach stuff you need. The deck around back is shaded part of the day which was nice too. The host was very helpful during our visit and let us know when the Blue Angels were about to fly over which was really awesome to see. We liked the fact there are no stairs to climb because it is all ground level and we brought my 87-year-old father. Look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful priperty but could use some TLC

Overall impression was good. I wish I could have given it an excellent. Donna was amazing and answered all my questions and was quick to assist when the back porch light didn't come on. That being said there were a few things. The return air vent was gross. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs turned and the headboard bangs off the wall every time you move. The water was relatively warm turned all the way up so the shower was uncomfortable as well as not being able to turn the heat up as requested. I was disappointed that the bicycle was buried in the back of the shed. I am pretty efficient but didn't feel like unpacking the shed to get to it for the beautiful 55 degree day. That being said the labels were very helpful. The beach was beautiful and I was able to walk for hours. I know my booking was last minute and I appreciated Donna being able to accommodate me. The cottage is decorated adorable and Donna hasn't missed one thing. I was sad to see Geronimo's closing. Considering what I paid for 3 nights I wish it had been a little less disappointing. I did take out the trash and start the dishwasher as requested, but I think I left something in the freezer. I hope the cleaner found it. Will likely request to stay with Donna again, if she'll have me.

Location of the property was great. Perfect size for us and two small children. Easier walking distance to beach and downtown area. Trolley pick up near by that my toddler loved to ride, as well as a playground a block away. Property Manager very responsive

Beautiful property and location

I have stayed in a lot of beach condos and homes over the years. This was by far my favorite. The interior was beautiful, loved the location, was convenient but also just far enough away. Property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Great spot for young families!

We stayed for 5 nights, it was a great space for our family with a toddler. He enjoyed the toys that were available and exploring the yard. There is also a playground less than a block away. Communication was great and the space was clean and as advertised. Easy to get to and great access to the beach. It was nice to have covered parking a few feet away from the door!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The house was quiet and exactly what we hoped it would be. Beach access was a convenient 1-2 minute walk and the house was well-equipped with chairs and things you could take down to the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off. When an appliance failed during our stay, the property manager was quick with communication and went above and beyond to make sure that we weren't inconvenienced while they were (very promptly!) getting the appliance replaced. She was also great about letting us know about special events happening around Pensacola Beach and making sure that we got the most out of our trip. When we come back, this will be the first property we check for availability!

Great Access!

We really enjoyed the house during our stay. It was a very short and convenient walk to the beach. We loved that the house was not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to be at eateries and entertainment within a few short minutes. Owner messaged us to tell us one evening that the Blue Angels were going to do a beach buzz. So glad my 2 boys got to see them! Would rent again!

One of the best vacations we've ever had

The house was so close to the beach, and it was so nice to have all the necessary beach equipment already at the house. The beach was so clean and quiet! We saw dolphins, manatees, jellyfish, and sharks! Just an overall wonderful vacation!

SUMMER FUN

We had the BEST time here. Place was clean, quant, and perfect for 2 adults, 2 children. Spent a lot of time at the beach, but the outdoor shower to the bathroom really helped with the control of sand. Enough space for us to have our separate places along with the outdoor area for us adults and kids inside when needed. Had everything we could have needed for a summer beach house for the week and owner, Donna, was extremely tentative, polite, and accommodating. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying here. Will be booking again if availability when I come back into town.

Great hidden gem!

This cute beach cottage was packed with tons of surprises and was more than we could have expected. Being cozy and a short skip to the beach was just the icing on the cake. This beach house was in a great location to shopping, food and experiences. Definitely want to book another stay here soon. The host was quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed.

House is the perfect size for 4 adults. Great location, close to the action. House was exactly as previously described by other renters. Pictures were spot on. No surprises at all. We loved our stay and the manager was awesome when we met to check in.

House was great

The house was perfect for us three girls. The walk to the beach want far but it was all sand no walkway. If you went the other direction a bit further you can walk on a mat to the beach. The host was AWESOME! She communicate with us very well and even brought us a extra beach chair and umbrellas! SO HELPFUL. I would definitely stay again.
