The pillows were terrible and when asked for firm pillows, we got more of the same flimsy ones. We had to put 2 pillows in one pillowcase to be somewhat comfortable. We asked for more towels and never received any. Late at night, there were 3 boys at the desk talking with staff and they were rather loud. Had some ants in the restroom also. I would definitely look for a different hotel next time.

Great stop, great city.

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the room for 2 nights to be close for my daughter's surgery. The hotel location is close to many good shopping spots, a Cosco, Target and most importantly, Starbucks😉 Breakfast was great. The usual options were all available and hot. The lil lady who works the area was very nice and you can tell she loves her job. There is a pool, but I didnt get to get in...lots of kids having fun.

I booked a trip to East Peoria, Illinois. My wife has family here. I am a disabled American Veteran. As soon as I entered the lobby, the Desk Clerk seen me enter with my cane and Service Animal. She told me that (Oh you have a pet) I responded that no mam I have a Service Animal. She stated well I am going to have to charge you for your pet. I told her that my Service Animal is EXEMPT from all fees and performs a Service for me. She called her boss who explained after I did that it is against the law to charge a fee for a service animal. So her boss told her to just go ahead and charge me a INCIDENTAL fee of 100.00. I explained that they had already charged my credit card prior to my stay and the website stated that payment would be made after my stay. The Desk Clerk was not familiar with company policy and the Manger that she called was not familiar with federal law concerning the rights of disabled people or Service Animals and got upset when I questioned her and told the Desk Clerk to ask me to leave and they would just refund me my reservation amount.. I have never in my 60 years of life and almost constant reservations have never been treated with this level of DISRESPECT by my many reservations with Expedia or Best Western and feel that they are not aware of the issue. Expedia went over and beyond to make good on their great services and called the property and asked them for a full refund. Expedia also compensated me for the inconvenience. Come on Best Western!!!!!

Consistent great service

For the area which hotels around are about $30-50 extra. This best western continues to deliver . Breakfast buffet has whip cream and shredded cheese little things like that … they even apologize for missing items due to late delivery. But it been our consistent go to when coming home to Illinois Through different managers service remains consistent

Couldn’t get the tv to work and had to have someone come to the room and fix it. Blow dryer was missing from the room and had to wait until maintenance showed up to get another one. By then my hair was dry. They resolved both issues but it made for an annoying stay.
