Only one space left between two big trucks. Dmall lot for such a big hotel. Bathroom was VERY basic. Beds too soft for my taste. Couldn't get comfortable as my knee always bent at an odd angle as a side sleeper. TV didn't work at all. Not important for our stay...but indicative of less than stellar maintenance. Clean room.

Good parking lot, spot. Room was clean, only problem was the cabinet door to the refrigerator was out of wack, Refrigerator only had one cool setting that we could see. However the drinks were somewhat cool

The staff were all really nice and cheerful! My room was really large. King bed was comfy with a few pillow options. Room was at the end of the hall and very quiet. The first night I was there I turned on the heater during a cold snap. Smelled like burning fur and made the fire alarm in the room go off. I alerted the staff on my way out to dinner and was informed this happens in a lot of rooms. The floor of the tub/shower was very broken - patched a few times, but very bouncy with new cracks forming having me wonder if I was going to join the person below. There was dog kibble in a few places around my floor which says the room was not cleaned well.

Carpet near ac unit was wet, causing poor air quality and mildew issues. Third floor room, and yet still had tons of ants around a soda can and coconut water bottle. Room was very clean otherwise. We didn't want to ask to move, since the staff relocated us with apologies after the first room we were assigned had a toilet with a broken handle, discovered 10 minutes into our stay. Also, got stuck for 5 minutes in the elevator. Other guests we ran into said the same elevator issue happened to them. Took stairs the rest of the weekend. Breakfast was great, the staff was attentive. Lots of choices and different items each day which was nice.

We prepaid 3 weeks in advance for a king size bed. When we arrived, they had no king size beds available, even though we had prepaid for it. The evening desk clerk was rude. Then I was charged a $100 security deposit for damages. Which they said would be refunded upon my checkout. No receipt of the refund was given even though I asked for one. When we went into the room there was a huge brown stain on the carpet. I called the front desk because I didn't want charged for it. Then my husband sat on the corner of the bed and the bed frame was broken and he fell on to the floor. When we told the staff, they were indifferent and extremely RUDE. The female manager was hateful and went out of her way to be rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Zero stars
