Dear Customer, thank you for writing a review about your stay at our facility in Pescasseroli, the Grand Hotel del Parco. The opinions of our customers are fundamental in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We are sorry that your stay has not been up to your expectations, however we believe we can give an answer to your reports. The Grand Hotel del Parco is a historic structure of great charm, however subject to seasonal renovations and maintenance. The beds and furniture are well kept and in pure mountain style - if you were not satisfied with the room you could have requested a change. On the website it is well specified that Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and in the bar area. Our food service, on the other hand, is very well maintained and delivered. The table service includes a 4-course course, usually served within the hour to give our guests time to enjoy their meal in peace. We deny what has been reported about our barman, whose skill and professionalism is well known to all customers. We are pleased, in any case, that you have the central location of the Grand Hotel del Parco, our beautiful and refreshing swimming pool and the kindness and professionalism of our staff.
