Poor experience

Location was not what was advertised on the website. Bathroom was the size of a closet. Toilet basically hit the door. Room smelled. Phone originally did not work. Staff was nice and helpful when called upon. Upon checkout, staff member could not provide us with a reciept for our stay. Said printer dud not work. Asked if reciept could be emailed, told us she did not know how to. Overall, a poor experience.
