This newly remodeled two story 3Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse is 1750 sq feet (largest in complex) with large private patio with gas grill. Less then 2 miles to both the Giants Spring Training Park and Salt River Fields home to Diamondback and Colorado Rockies. Old Town Scottsdale is less than 2 miles away (with Art Galleries, Top-notch restaurants, museums, and night clubs). Our unit is a great place to just relax and hang out and is nicely located to so many fun activities close by. Books and Games are also available. Free High Speed WIFI Internet. Dining table seats 6. Large kitchen island seats 3. The large central kitchen flows out through french doors to the private patio with dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools and gas grill. 2 reserved covered parking space just outside the back patio door are just 20 feet from backdoor of townhouse.

The primary bedroom has King pillowtop bed, 2 dressers and nightstands next to bed with reading lamps. 55" Wall mount TV, Huge en suite bathroom with double sink vanity/ custom tile shower with bench and walk-in closest big enough for a queen!!

Bedrooms #2 have queen pillowtop beds, dressers for clothes, nightstands next to bed with reading lamp.

Second bathroom is upstairs in hallway between 2&3 bedrooms. Large full bathroom with shower/tub, single sink vanity.

Condo was perfect for the 5 of us, close proximity to Old Town, kitchen was well stocked. Only issue was outside maintenance work on the building made the patio and grill area unusable and a bit dirty. Not the owner’s fault and they gave me a bit of a refund because of it. Would rent it again.

I believe the development is a little older, but the unit is all remodeled, clean and fresh. Very nice kitchen and very well stocked. I like having the convenience of K cups for coffee, and this place supplied everything you needed for that. Enjoyed the back patio, spent some time sitting by the pool. A little chilly out didn’t get in the water plus it’s not heated. Short walk to a very nice park. Very easy access.. we all enjoyed her stay there!

Stay in Scottsdale

Enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. My wife and I met some friends to stay a few days. Both couples had a slightly difficult time finding the property (you can't use GPS, and we are not from the area, although after reviewing Steve's instructions a few times, we made it there). Location near Chaparral park and Fashion Square was excellent. Interior of townhouse was nicely done. Kitchen was well supplied. Sofa cushions and bathroom rugs could certainly use an update, as could the mattresses and pillows (not the most comfortable). Shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice stay!
