Our stay was fine. They are under construction & remodeling so some of the hotel is messy & closed. But the room was newly remodeled, clean & confortable. Breakfast is held in a small meeting room due to the remodeling which is a little cramped, but worked. Selection is limited to waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt& muffins which is enough and was very good. The front desk staff was very pleasant & nice during our stay. The only downfall was the noise you can hear from the traffic on the interstate. We had the thermostat/fan on which kept it down. And honestly we slept just fine. The beds & bedding are really comfortable

RADISSON BE ASHAMED!!!!

No housekeeping, No coffee maker, No hair dryer, No safety bars or mats in tub (extremely Unsafe) No ice maker (1st & 3rd floor only) Suite not as Pictured on web site. 24 Hour coffee in lobby always empty Hallways Smell Paper Room Numbers taped to doors. Very Limited Stale Continental Breakfast Items Had to get clean towels and Toilet Paper at the front desk. During our 3 day stay we saw only one no so Friendly Employee who said she was the Manager. When I told her I was not pleased with the hotel and said they should comp me for in the inconveniences she LIED TO ME saying they were not responsible for the descriptions of third party sites (Hotels.com) and that Their site clearly stated the Hotel was being Remodeled and that the rates are discounted because of remodeling.... When in Fact there is no mention of remodeling on their site except for a statement near the bottom of their web site that the pool and dining service was not available during remodeling. However the picture of their rooms and facilities on their web site look great when in reality they are poorly designed and sparsely equipped. I understand needing to remodel. But BE UPFRONT and HONEST about the situation DON'T LIE AND BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR SHORT COMMINGS AND DISHONESTY. I PERSONNALY WILL NOT TRUST RADISSON AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY DISCOUNTED PRICE

The hotel is currently being remodeled. There is construction supplies everywhere and the stairwells are so dirty. Parts of the hotel is not open for customers usage. I was not even notified that the hotel was under construction. The room was very nice though.

We have stayed at this property before, and there was always a coffee maker in the room. This room did not have one. Also, this is what I booked: Reserved for Donna Helman. You booked 1 room. Suite, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Non Smoking We had 2 queen beds, apparently a suite, which meant the tv was in another room. We weren't happy with our stay this time, and most likely will not be going back.

I had a horrible experience at this property for starters there was no pool but the property advertised having a “pool” upon checking in the lobby smelled of marijuana so bad I had to wait with my son for the front desk person for about 7-8 min to come out and greet us. When we got into our room the door wasn’t even shut we could push it open the carpet is high and it’s hard to open and shut the door. The room beside us was so loud and when asking about moving rooms I was told “no due to your room type” I will NEVER stay at this property again.

Could have been better

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, but upon arrival, I found out it was closed for repairs. When I asked about it, the front desk staff responded curtly, pointing out that a notice was posted on their website—unfortunately, there was no mention of it on Hotels.com, where I made my booking. On a positive note, the room had been recently renovated and looked nice, but the strong smell of fresh paint and new carpet was overwhelming. We had to leave the window and door open for an hour just to air it out. The breakfast area was in a temporary space and the refrigerated items were in ice buckets. There were no drinks aside from coffee.

The property was under construction, it never mentioned that any where. The breakfast that is online wasn’t even close to what was actually there. It was supposed to be a hot breakfast, they had toast, no butter, and waffles. We have stayed here before and really liked it. For what we got the price was outrageous. I won’t be staying or recommending this hotel to anyone.
