Just okay.

This Courtyard was fine. I appreciated the early check-in. But the front desk associate did not seem very knowledgable. Nearly every question I asked her required some sort of clarification or follow up (For example, not telling me about amenities or their hours, not explaining how the cafe / bar / restaurant works, or the hours of breakfast, etc). The room didn't have a safe, and the tv was really small. And they charge $10 / day for parking. I am not familiar with hotels charging for parking. What's the alternative to this? But all in all, the room was comfortable.

Refrigerator had drinks in it. Area around fridge was dusty. No free breakfast or coffee. Starbucks is your only option. Our check in person on Thursday afternoon was amazingly friendly. Night shift person on Saturday was great. I had a family of four with me and again no free coffee was a huge disappointment.
