The room met all of our needs for a family of six. The beds were comfortable & having two bathrooms was great. The room had three ac units. We were able to easily walk to get a meal. Pavel the bartender was so welcoming and we enjoyed spending time with him at the bar almost every day we were there. Each day he suggested a new drink & they were always delicious! He even offered pool side service. The pools decks were relaxing & the views from the pools were great. We read reviews about noise. Not once did we hear noise during our stay & slept great. We felt safe & all of our needs were met. The only thing that was difficult was getting out or the parking garage but an associate opened the gate every time & guided you.

I asked for my room getting cleaned and they only put complimentary water and coffee once on the check in! They are the only hotel I know that asks for a check out at 11am and this is horrible!!

El hotel estaba bien, solo que estaba en reparación un lado del hotel y teníamos q salir a la calle a dar la vuelta o x el sótano para ir al lobby si estaba limpio, accesible el servicio muy bien,si lo recomiendo y llegaría otra vez ahí. No agarré mis bebidas de cortesía por el horario que no llegué a tiempo cada día. Pero si lo tenía.

The hotel is fantastic. Staff were great, my room was awesome, many things are only steps away, however, that’s one downside. There were a couple nightclubs very very close by that insisted on playing LOUD music until 4am on occasions. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, I would just be cautious which room you have and which direction it faces, and make sure to bring ear plugs.

It was my second stay with you. Your front desk staff are, consistently, not very nice. However, Pablo, the bellman, has consistently been one of the best employees I have ever seen anywhere! If you want to make your best impression, you should elevate Pablo to work the front desk and demote the late night staff who give your customers poor service.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The 1 bedroom apartment looked exactly like what was promised and was immaculate and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. We requested a room change because we were facing an active construction site and they moved us to a room on the other side of the hotel, which was quieter and more functional for us. This was a workcation trip and we had no issues with internet or a/c. You should know, however, that although there is a functional kitchen and laundry, there is no coffee/tea or laundry or dishwashing detergent. We walked to the nearby Soriana and got everything we needed, but if we were only staying for a couple days, this might have been inconvenient. The rooftop pool is beautiful and we would gladly stay there again. Lots of food and shopping options within a few blocks!
