Very clean and well maintained. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. We felt like being at home. I have never felt like this in any other country that I have stayed including my own country! Amazing people and amazing hospitality!

Everything are excellent. Really good location in Playa del Carmen. Very clean and super friendly. Hotel bar very cozy and bartender Pavel are super nicely. Bar beverages and cocktails not expensive than other restaurants price. Highly recommended.

Good hotel for 5th ave stay

Stay was nice right on 5th Ave for all your shopping and beach. Only thing was elevator stop working and club next door plays music o believe until 3 a.m besides that hotel inside eas very nice very specious.

Loved the rooftop pool/ hot tub and lounge area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Yum Yum restaurant next door that is also where breakfast was served was very nice, and food was tasty.

We liked the facilities. Very convenient to shopping, beach, restaurants and the ADO bus. The pools were nice. They just need steps to get in and out. It was odd to have to walk outside of the building to access the elevators. We did have an ant issue in our apartment. They fumigated but then had issues the day before we left again. Overall we enjoyed our stay with Antera. We would stay there again.

My husband and I booked this place for our anniversary. We paid extra for the hot tub on our balcony. We get there and the hot tub was empty. We had to fill it and the water pressure was so low it took 3 hours to fill enough to enjoy it. Also our view was construction workers working on a property right in front of us. So noisy all day and night. Will never stay here again. They didn’t tell us that we would be looking at construction workers and that our hot tub was dry. We were so disappointed. We have stayed at places way cheaper and nicer than this place.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was tidy and well kept. When there was an issue, it was addressed very quickly; like when our air-conditioner stopped functioning. The pool facilities up on the rooftop were wonderful. What a great view from up there! The only 2 small issues were that the music really pounds away at night in the town, but that's not something Antera has any control over. The other small issue was that there were a couple afternoons where we could smell "sewage" in our bathroom. Must have been some sort of plumbing issue. Overall, highly recommended!

We are a family of three and stayed at the family apartment. The room is very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. We particularly like the size of the apartment. It is also a very convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay.
