Olohuoneessa on valtava High Definition, 80-tuumainen (ei typo, 80 tuumaa!) televisio täydellinen elokuva-ilta, perheen suosikki tv-ohjelma tai iso peli! Olohuoneessa on myös runsaasti istuimia nauttia näkymistä ja hyvästä keskustelusta perheen ja / tai ystävien kanssa.

Hiljattain tehty ja täysin varusteltu keittiö puhaltaa sinut! Voit kokea hienommat asiat elämässä, kun otat kauniita graniittityyppejä ja backsplashia. Kaikki kodinkoneet ovat täysin uusi ja ruostumaton teräs. Kahvinkeitin voi tehdä täyden kalkkunan tai yhden kuppi suosikkivalmistasi alle minuutissa, käyttäen Keurig-tyyppisiä palkoja. Makuuhuoneessa on myös valtava kylpyhuone. Jos et halua mennä alas alakerrassa tekemään pyykkiäsi, ei ole huolestuttavaa, on upouusi LG: n yläsäilytys pesukone ja kuivausrumpu makuuhuoneen tilava vaatehuone.

Makuuhuoneessa on erittäin suuri suihkukaappi, jossa on kauniita laatoitustöitä. Pysy lämpimänä koko vuoden ajan myös pyyhekuumennuksella! Turhamaisuus on kaksi lavuaaria, joten sinun ei tarvitse kääntyä harjaamalla hampaasi!

Makuuhuoneen numero 2 sisältää queen-size-vuoteen, suuren taulutelevision ja parvekkeen, jossa voit ottaa kauniin Floridan auringonlaskua. Myös suora pääsy aula-ammeeseen, jossa on pesuallas, wc ja suihkukaappi.

Makuuhuoneen numero 3 sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa vasemmalle, kun olet nousemassa askeleisiin ja pois keittiöstä. Sieltä löydät ihastuttavan queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio.

Menemällä alakerrassa lapset (aikuiset) puhaltaa suuri peli huone, jossa on ilmakiekko pöytä, pelikone ja suora pääsy kannelle. Luonnollisesti sinulla on upeat näkymät tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä, rannasta ja merestä!

Kun sinulla on koti, johon mahtuu 18-22 vierasta, tarvitset runsaasti kylpyhuoneita! Tämä ei päde. Ensimmäisessä alakerran kylpyhuoneessa on ylellinen suuri suihkukaappi, ja se on koristeltu kauniilla graniitilla. Toisessa alakerran kylpyhuoneessa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, jossa on urinaali ja wc. Tämä kylpyhuone on myös ranta pääsy niin, että voit mennä rannalta suihkussa!

Mediahuoneessa on valtava poikkileikkaus sohva, projektori ja näyttö. Huomaa: Mediajärjestelmä ei ole vielä täysin asetettu, mutta se on pian valmis! Tämä huone tuplailee myös makuuhuoneena, koska siinä on kaksi sisäänrakennettua täysikokoista kerrossänkyä, ja jokaisessa sängyssä on oma taulutelevisio ja jokaisella sängyllä on oma sähköpistoke sisäänrakennetulla USB-portilla! Onko tällainen asia kuin liian monta TV: tä?

Kaksi makuuhuonetta alakerrassa. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja Ocean VIEWS! Se on asetettu "Jack ja Jill" tyyliin jaettu kylpyhuone (suihkulla) niiden välillä. Kolme kylpyhuoneet alakerrassa sekä media / bonus huone sinun ei koskaan tarvitse odottaa suihkussa! Myös kätevästi sijaitsee toinen valtava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsee autotallissa. Muuten toinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsee yläkerrassa makuuhuoneen ja ison kylpyhuoneen välissä.

Astu ulos pelihuoneesta ja sinut välittömästi tervehtii merinäkymillä. Piha on täydellinen aurinko uiminen tai peli lasten kanssa!

Tämä upea koti on lukuisia sähköliittimiä, joissa on lähes kaikki myyntipisteistä myös USB-portit. Etkö löydä USB-lohkoa puhelimeesi tai laturiisi? Ei ongelmaa! Voit liittää USB-johto suoraan pistorasiaan lataamaan laitteesi!

Sitten tietenkin se on tärkein nähtävyys, hämmästyttävä Atlantin valtameri! Auringonlasku on loistava ja jos sinulla on onni olla täydessä kuutamossa täällä, se on kokemus, jota et koskaan unohda.

NJROTC Senior Trip

Our group of 7 students and 2 adults had an awesome time! The property is in a great location. It was like having a private beach all to ourselves. The house had everything we needed and everyone had plenty of space. The check in process was smooth. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely choose this property again in the future. I highly recommend this property!

Nice house but needs little attention

Beachfront location was perfect! Only a couple miles to Publix and shopping and restaurants! Having access to house beach chairs, toys, and towels made for easy packing. The house was as clean as to be expected for rental. Kitchen was well stocked. The living space downstairs was extremely nice for a young family with three children. Furniture seems fairly new. The bathroom adjoined to the queen room upstairs needs a shower remodel and the electrical outlet did not work. The fan In the second queen bed upstairs did not have a remote and air vent didn’t appear to be cooling in that room. Over all, a great stay - we would consider staying at this home again!

Family Reunion - Great Stay!

Numerous reasons why this was a great family reunion. Sure, location was great - it's literally right on the beach! But that was only part of it. The hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions - and even fun to communicate with! The place was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped and opened up onto the Great Room. We could all be together as we prepped for meals. We would highly recommend this property - 5 stars!!!

Great Family Spot

House was nice, well stocked except for dish towels and wash cloths . Plenty of trash bags and detergents. Lots of room for 4 couples plus kids. A few things would easily raise the appearance to next level. - throw away the outdoor cushions as they are torn - get rid of old wooden chairs on deck

Perfect Beach Front

The property is great-location, amenities and ease to transaction with manager. Very close to the beach, just a staircase away. This place is packed with all the kitchen utensils, spices, cleaning detergents. They also have beach toys, chairs and umbrella. A lot of extra beddings, blankets, bathroom towels, beach towels. There's way too much rooms and beds. Manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Spring Break

This place was the perfect set up for multiple families with teens. The teens had an amazing hang out/sleeping area with bathroom. The adults all had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to the beach was amazing! Our only complaint is it took a LONG time for water to heat up for showers and dishwashing and also didn’t last long…maybe needs a bigger water heater.

Great Family Reunion Property

Our favorite part of our stay was definitely the view from the upper deck facing the ocean. WE loved the direct access to the beach and the kids loved all the sand toys that were included in our stay. The big eating areas were a plus! The highchair helped out a lot. Everyone had a place to sleep and no one ever had to wait for the bathroom. We would love to come back!

Home on the beach!

The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. When we arrived there were empty, dirty water bottles and dead roaches under the bed of one of the downstairs bedroom. The main room upstairs also had dead roaches under the edge of the bed. I rented the property for 10 and there were only 6 spoons in the house. Kitchen lacked storage containers and a hand held mixer. Some of the beach chairs were rusted and broken. A truly beautiful home but needs some upgrades and a new cleaning service

Great Location

The house has a great location. We were a family of 15 and had plenty of room and great sleeping accomodations. Kitchen and dinning area have all you need including space. Few items that in our opinion would make it a 5 star accomodation. The biggest item is WiFi, it is great to disconnect (work)during vacation however when the only ability to watch TV at night is by streaming it becomes an issue. The rooms all had TV's but you couldn't use multiple ones at the same time because of limited signal. It might not be a big deal to some but I feel it needs mentioning. A second fridge or freezer in the garage would be clutch. It would eliminate the need to go to the store daily. The house was clean on our arrival but it could use some attention to detail. We recognize that 6 hour turn around time for a house this size can be difficult but certain items such as cobwebs need attention. The location alone is worth us returning but it would be the cherry on top if the items were addressed.

SEWAGE DRIPPING FROM CEILING WORST. LOCATION BEST

First it was the 3 legged chair, then we realized there was no travel infant bed or high chair as was listed in the amenities. THEN during the night raw sewage began dripping from the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom. Thankfully it landed right beside the bed and not on us, but the smell was awful! When the plumber came the next day, it was discovered that this problem had been going on for a while. A bucket had been placed under the toilet upstairs and the toilet flange was broken. It was fixed and no additional sewage dripped, but it was still in the carpet and stunk. That left us with one less bedroom. The rest of the house was clean and nice, with great beach views and access. The beach was crushed shells...no loose sand. If the sewage spill hadn't occurred, it would have been very pleasant!

I loved the location and the home is very spacious and well equipped. I would say that the towels need to be upgraded they are discolored and and I did encounter 2 roaches not a big deal because they could come from the beach and the door areas located in the bottom floor but I hate to see roaches period.

Ocean at your back door

We rented this house for a family Thanksgiving get away. The grandkids were thrilled with their own spaces on ground level and their ease of getting to the beach. The views are fantastic from all rooms on the Oceanside of house. …A huge deck goes length of house with covered patio on ground level. Lots of seating on both levels. The house will accommodate a crowd but there is space for only 3 cars so plan accordingly. It’s location is convenient to St Augustine only 14 minutes down A1A. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils , plates and bowls but could use a few more mugs and glassware. The management team were very responsive to questions and concerns but the weather was not something they could control. Even so, we were able to be on the beach everyday. Would love to return when weather is truly “beach weather”.

Great Visit!!

Awesome location and the convenience of 5 FULL bathrooms. The property manager was awesome to work with and EXTREMELY responsive. I do believe there could be more dusting around the vents and ceiling fans but that is the only negative thing I can say about the place. I would come back without looking anywhere else.

Great for a large group. Check in and out was easy. Host was responsive to all inquiries. House was beautiful with an amazing view. It’s all it said it is and more!

Great location!

The ocean at the back door was wonderful! Easy drive into St. Augustine. The Reef and Aunt Kate’s restaurant were wonderful. The house is a little dated but the appliances all work, the beds were comfy, an ample amount of TVs, and great spaces to chill. The deck was great with a lot of seating to watch the ocean and beautiful sunrises! Some places for improvement. There was no welcome packet on arrival, some beds did not have mattress covers and the sheets are fairly old. One of the sinks in the master bedroom drained very slowly, one lamp in the master bedroom on the nightstand did not work and the railing outside the front door is loose. The lack of clocks in the house was kind of unusual for a vacation property!

This place is wonderful. No need to lug anything down to the beach since the deck is so close. Great place for a big family.

Beach House

Pretty house right on the beach. Communication with property management was excellent. The upstairs living space was newly redone. The upstairs and downstairs outside decks were amazing - nice to have sun AND shade for our mixed group of seniors, children, and in-betweens. The views and beach were gorgeous. House was spacious with plenty of room for our 10 people to sleep, cook, eat & and hang out. Garage is full of beach toys, chairs & umbrellas and beach towels were plentiful.. The cleanliness was so-so - there was animal hair on the couches and blankets ( i thought no pets??), the grill was disgusting and we spent 30 minutes cleaning it on the last night we were there only to find out the gas line was so filthy it was clogged and we couldn't use it, and the downstairs bathrooms were slightly grimy. But overall, its a lovely house and we had a wonderful Mother's day week vacation and we would book the property again.

Issues... But Responsive Management

The property had a few issues during our stay that made for less than a great experience. That said, the property management team was very responsive in addressing those issues and they should not be problem going forward.

A beautiful view

This home is lovely. Lots of room and sleeping space. Would recommend this home for younger people due to the stairs. My parents celebrated their 65th anniversary there and enjoyed the stay just had some difficulty with the stairs.
