For the money it costs to stay here but, they couldn't find us a "Do Not Disturb" door placard or a note pad to write on (the sign in our room said to just ask for one). The shower head was plugged up and white with minerals. The tile grout in the bathroom needed cleaning and the baseboards were falling apart around the tub from getting wet. One of the three blinds was broken so to hold it up you had to wind the cord around a plastic wall cleat. Another window was very hard to secure since the lock had been installed wrong (not a big concern since we were on the 2nd floor). The public restrooms at the marina had fewer cobwebs then around the outside of resort buildings.

Excellent with 2 minor exceptions. Parking spaces were too narrow even for a compact vehicle and in order to have room made up one needs to put tag on outside of door requesting it. Paying for 3 nights it was disappointing to only receive drinking water first day and free drink coupons for 1 day. Place was great other than that

We were delighted with our large corner room with views of the water on three sides. The Inn was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed walking along the water and watching the birds.
