Location of this Inn is convenient. It is dated and has some issues with water. Due to the lack of rain the water coming into the hotel is a yellow colour and very unappealing. They did provide us with some bottles of water. The ramp up to the front door has many weeds around it and should be cleaned up. We were disappointed the dining room for supper was closed. Continental breakfast was good.

Not a good experience.

A poor first impression from the outside, lots of weeds etc. The front reception area is not inviting, needs new flooring, paint etc. Arrived Sept 6th, but the restaurant was closed for the season. Upon arrival we were offered a continental breakfast but both mornings there were bus tours that they were serving breakfast to, so they were not able to serve my husband and I.

Great location, close to Bonavista. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. Rooms were adequate, could have used extra pillows. Would definitely stay again. I should also note the cable & smart tv was a nice option as we were there late in the season and on a rainy & chilly late afternoon it came in handy

We arrived at the end of the tourist season. Many services/businesses were closing down. The room was very dated but adequate. We were very glad to see what we came for and staff were friendly and helpful.

Good base for a couple of days

The check in was welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a tiny but adequate bathroom. The included continental breakfast was fine. Located conveniently for Trinity and Bonavista.

We left my phone Charger when we left, and got a call within the half hour. Kudos to the staff! We stayed in a double that was small, but clean, and very appropriate. Nice little town, but it seems to be going thru some changes.

We booked this hotel thinking it was near Trinity. It’s not! We also booked as they had a restaurant on site. When we arrived August 29, the restaurant was closed for the season and the closest dining was in Bonavista, 17 km away. Continental breakfast was not open until 8:00 a.m. Not helpful when we wanted to be on our way early.

Arrived late, no one at reception but I had advise of my late arrival and our key was on the reception’s desk. However, surprise, surprise on entering the room comforter and pillows were on the floor, no sheets on bed. No one to contact to fix this problem and too late to go anywhere else. Did find one sheet in a drawer and turned the pillow cases inside out. Not happy but managed to sleep as we were very tired. Owner did give us a 50% discount on the room, blamed his staff. Obviously cannot recommend this place.
