24hr airport shuttle was nice. The staff was friendly. Maintenance and repair needed in the room. Breakfast was NOT available despite the info listed on Expedia, staff on site said they had been in touch with Expedia multiple times to get accurate info displayed on site. $10 daily parking was a surprise on arrival.

Our reservation was lost. My cousin booked the park and fly option for two weeks for when we flew to Europe. When we got to the last leg of the trip they said we had no reservation, even though she could show the desk attendant a print out of the confirmation that showed we had a room that night. He kept saying it wasn’t there and wouldn’t even try to contact someone to get resolved. Luckily they had rooms available. My room was really sketchy, broken door latch, numerous other deferred maintenance items. Smelly carpet. I would never stay here again.

The Cleaning staff was the best. Specially, this lady called Maria. Very nice people. I’ve been there like a couple of times when I made a reservation, I thought the lady in the front desk was a little bit rude. Once I arrived to the place she was the nicest person on earth.

This is not a brand new hotel — and there are signs of age — but, the staff keeps everything clean and functional. Its my go-to PDX airport hotel. With a shuttle!!

I would visit again

The room I was first sent to had a do not disturb sign on door. I didn’t think much of it but when I opened the door what looked like an employee jacket that looked dirty was in view and the TV was going. I didn’t go into the room, I saw this from the doorway. I went back to guest service counter and the agent was shocked because that room showed empty and no paperwork was in the file under that number except mine. I think an employee was watching TV or sleeping in that room while on a break. The next room I was put in was okay, floor could use a really good scrubbing especially in the bathroom, but other than that no complaints. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were nice to sleep on. They did have an airport shuttle but I didn’t use it. Staff was very outgoing and friendly and they are the reason I would return.
