Everything was nice. the staff, the food, and the three restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and or dinner were all excellent. Indoor heated pool with a sauna a plus. Don't have to leave property if you don't want to. If you do, things of interest and sites are close by. Great location.

Disappointed

The walls here are really thin, so it’s easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms—especially at night. Unfortunately, the overnight staff wasn’t very helpful when I reached out about it. Even things like the bathroom sliding doors are loud enough to hear through the walls, which made it hard to relax or sleep. When I contacted the front desk about the ongoing noise, Amanda was not very accommodating. Instead of trying to help, she seemed annoyed and mentioned I was calling too much, which was disappointing. I called 3 times in 5 hours(11pm - 4am) Overall, this wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t come back or recommend it to others.

I would’ve given you five stars and it’s not your fault but I just feel like no matter where you stay in Portland as soon as you walk outside and you take two steps the entire neighborhood city is just disgusting. I don’t really feel safe so I had to go back into the hotel. Also, just maybe get someone to fix your weight equipment. The police system is broken. It’s kind of disappointing five star hotel, and one of your main machines in your gym is broken.

We LOVED this hotel. We came in town for the night for an event and the only thing I wish was different would have been the pool being opened a little later and the same with the lounge. The event went a little later than planned so we unfortunately missed out during the evening for both. We did get to enjoy the pool for a little before check out though and it was a nice and clean environment. Will stay here again for sure!

It was clean and quiet. It was close to where we wanted to visit. The only issue was the bar was suppose to open at 4:30 pm but the bartender didn’t show up until 4:45pm and we were already on our way to find something outside.

Very nice reception. Was up in Portland for concert at Keller. It was only one block down and one block up from this hotel. Had cocktails in the bar, excellent service. Room was modern, very clean, nice bathroom. Bed was comfie. Quiet night. Would definitely stay here again as a single woman traveling alone.
