It is an older property but is clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning and heat both worked and were quite. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price in Prescott it was a good deal would not hesitate to stay again

The room was pretty clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However the coffee maker was disgusting. I would not even make coffee in it. But everything else was nice

Clean, friendly place to stay!

Great family owned motel! Very clean, close to downtown and exceptional customer service. Easy in and out with free parking. This motel is affordable and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

#1 The room had a terrible smell. #2 The people upstairs were loud & stomping feet #3 Then the vacuum was so loud upstairs it was very disturbing. #4 Ac unit was so loud when it kicked in every 5 minutes. #5 Sadly, Just bad all the way around. #6 Botom line, you get what you pay for. On the positive side: great location!
