Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not worth the money . No shuttle service any where . Our check-in was great hostess named Fernanda was so sweet and attentive.she Ned’s a raise. Our rooms where not as expected very small musky old and outdated .Shower leaked out from dower having us to use towels to clean spilled water . Food reservations where required which is understandable for selected restaurants but to make reservations was such a hassle and for the lady whom made reservations was rude and snobby rolled her eyes as you asked questions and very short with when you addressed a question. Very unexpected as you come as a guest spend hard earned money and choose a hotel that you thought was good from reviews and pictures
Buffet food over salted dirty area not cleaned or empty and not replenished no bacon nothing changed of food selection same thing everyday
Horrible staff great in restaurants hostess that seat you not so much
Bartenders some good some not plastic glasses that your drinks are poured in are very old some had lipstick marks that had to be returned for that reason not clean at all not sure
Food seams to be not so cold or fresh my husband got every sick from eating the sushi rolls placed on. White trays in buffet area and after talking to mamger he dismissed issue as normal for guest on vacation to get sick due to change in being in different state. Although he offer a medic is doesn’t make up for the experience A whole day lost due to food posioning I should get my money refunded
