The Hotel Ambience is great but I suggest it requires renovation. The rooms look quite rundown and outdated compared to other similar class properties. The curtain of our room No 423 was torn and that gave a very unpleasant look. We also had the experience of meeting 2 cockroaches in the Room. We complained and requested for change of Room that was done immediately. Otherwise staff was very pleasant, well trained on hospitalitity, and the food was Good.

My stay here was splendid - My wife and I loved it here and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! We had a early morning flight (6:30 am) and the staff here prvided us packed breakfast with fresh fruits promptly before we left - all we had to do was inform them a day prior and that’s it! We weren’t expecting this kind of service! Suffice to stay - this is our go to place everytime we are in Pune

Lovely rooms, location, ambience Staff and service were wonderful Airport pick up was bungled up and we ended up waiting but the hotel was very apologetic and waived the fee due to inconvenience caused. Their customer service response was appreciated.
