I paid extra for turndown service and a bottle of wine a day with mini bar. We stood 4 days 3 nights. We received nothing. I should be refunded and charged for a regular room, since that's the treatment we received.

Adults only side. Property was nice. Staff were super friendly always a smile. Room was clean. I had to take the mini fridge out of the cabinet to get it to cool down, if not fridge would stay hot from the confined cabinet. The a/c in the room wasn’t quite what it needed to be which made a good nights sleep difficult. The king mattress was also very very hard which also affected the sleep portion of things. Food was excellent (coming from a fussy eater) would recommend for future travellers.

Great experience for the $$. Don’t expect too much from the food and you’ll be set. Stay away from the concierge aka “the Chocolate Man” he found out we were there on our anniversary and offered “breakfast on the beach” which turned into a 2 and a half hour vacation club sales bit. Lost half a day on our 2 full day vacation… so disheartened after all we did just to make the trip

Great food, very clean. Great entertainment, the downside I found a 3” cockroach in my room, ac in the room was terrible, cable didn’t work for 3 days. Fridge was warm. Maid service sub par. No compensation from hotel when I notified them of the bugs!

The staff was amazing. I was surprised at the number of employees working. All were very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked more from them. The room, pools, restaurants, bars, etc… were excellent. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Our room smelled of mold tv telephone didn’t work. Took till the third day to heat a rm change . The food was average at best . At the steakhouse it took 4 times to get my steak the right way. Have been here 5 times before Covid ! Probably won’t go back !

Adult area were less people, quiet. Place was not accommodating. No hot water for the first 3 days. Someone would come and fix the hot water then goes out after we leave and come back. Drink selection was slim, no one knew how to make old fashion, high ball. Always a long line on check in counter. Some restaurant reservations are full if you try to reserve dinner the day of. Times for reservations limited as well assuming due to capacity. Hardly any beach chairs available on the adults only side. Food truck very disappointing. And no complimentary wine upon arrival. When asked in front desk, they point us to guest services where no one is present at times, and you just have to sit and wait.

Small resort! 2 pools, small beach area that was very shaded, but nice area to cool off and grab a snack from the food trucks! Drinks were tasty but sometimes staff weren’t very friendly when ordering a drink despite us tipping. A lot of older couples and not much for entertainment at the main pool during the day. There is no lunch or dinner buffet at this resort, only at the neighboring resort which was not ideal when we just wanted a quick snack. That being said, all food options were very tasty and nice variety for a la carte. Rooms were clean, house keeping was great. We had no hot water however for 3 days even though we brought it to their attention multiple times. Our fridge also did not work and they failed to fix that during our 8 day stay. The gym is small but functional and we had a blast playing pickleball and basketball in the neighboring resort. I came here with my partner and we are 31/32 and enjoyed the relaxation, sunshine and small size of this resort. If there’s a good deal on this resort in the future I would probably come back, however wouldn’t rave about anything in particular.

Overall it was a good experience. The front desk was always polite and willing to help. The beach access was beautiful, the water clear and the area kept clean. I wish the pool bar stayed open later/ music played at all times. Rooms: The air conditioning could have been better, room has a bit of a musty smell and the shower would create the bathroom floor to collect water. restaurants: options were great except it would have been great if they were open longer or if there was something open for a greater amount of the day. Staff: Lionel was our fav bartender, always happy smiling. One of the waiters at Rodeo was our favorite, I believe his name was Miguel! He was so kind, personable, and went above and beyond.
