The staff was very rude and did not care to help at all. 3/4 days on the vacation we had to complain at the front desk for the shower head not working, outlets were dead, lights did not work and the rooms smelled of mold. We finally moved to a new room after days of complaining and no hot water in that room as well as mold in the showers with rust all over the place. The food was horrible mostly microwaved and the staff likes to taunt you with hehaws to let other staff members know you’re American. Overall a waste of 2k+ and would not recommend.

It was a nice place to stay just for a few days. Some of the workers were very nice some were very rude. Too many hustlers on the beach harrassing you all day, everyday. The food was edible. The drinks seemed watered down. The rooms need alot of upgrading if you dont spend the money for a premium room you might get one thats old and musty.the casino is very small and you get robbed off a few dollars when you cash in. It was a terrible casino, nothing like the pictures shown.overall, between the food and the upgraded room and the beach it was an OK place to stay.

I loved the cleanliness, my room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was polite.The resort very nice. Pleny of activities to do. Clean pools. What i didn't like was that the staff was not polite at Talapa. We had to ask for utensils, water, and napkins. They looked annoyed when we asked.

The resort was clean and entertainment was good. We enjoyed the food at some restaurants and not as thrilled at others but it wasn’t bad just not as good. Only real issue was the seaweed in the Ocean made getting into the water not as desirable. Not really the resorts fault. Mother Nature.

Liked the adults only. Food was good at this property, but at the Catalonia next-door it was very limited and hard to get a decent meal at the buffets. I like the two pools I like the quiet pool by the ocean. I did not like the people trying to sell something every two minutes. They were a nuisance. The quality of the ocean has really gone downhill from previous years due to excessive growth of grass in the ocean and the seaweed problem. They did clean up the seaweed almost twice a day.
