The reason why I gave a 4 star is because the first night I stayed there the bathroom wasn’t clean and the second night I found a cockroach. Beside that a lot of activity and staff were very helpful

came for the sun, fell in love with the cats! the strays made our stay! the grounds of the resort were pristine and beautiful. the buffet did give us the ick after a few days of the same offerings. also i would recommend getting to the buffet right when they open so the food is fresher and less picked over. we did get sick with the flu - it’s hard to avoid when everyone is touching everything at the buffet. other than getting sick, the trip was great.

The staff was very helpful when it came to accommodating my family. We were a large group and some of us made plans to eat at ElCarey & LaTortuga. When most of the family members got there (this would be the restaurant as you look at the omelette section, it would be on your right hand side), we decided to all eat together. The evening staff was great. They moved tables (there was approximately 24 of us), got a cake, sang happy birthday with musical instruments and entertain us, they were wonderful.
