We booked two weeks in advance and while on the way from Ontario, LUCKILY we called to confirm if we could check early, only to be told that there was no reservation and that their vendors had overbooked and in reality there was no reserved room for us as they were sold out. Keep in mind the hotel was already booked in advance two weeks ago, had a confirmation number, AND charged to my card!! Atrocious service and sent as into a panic as it is thanksgiving weekend. Luckily Expedia was able to arrange alternate stay for us despite there attempts to confirm w this hotel for over 2 hours. Very very poor service as I had spent weeks researching to find a hotel that would allow our dog with us
