Property was not well maintained and under construction. Gym equipment was very old with rusty weights that only go to 35lbs and equipment was not maintained. Elevator was under construction with construction materials lying around. Door to parking lot was broken and difficult to open. Some Lights in the hallways were not working making it very dark inside - Hotel room door was difficult to close - There was no do not disturb sign in the hotel room - parking lot was not lit well. There was a car meet in the parking lot and kids were revving their engines

Not impressed with check in. Because we were driving all night I called and asked for a late check in so we could arrive in the morning between 8am and 11am. I thought this would ensure the room was ready. When I arrived, there was no room available, even though I had already paid for the previous night. Take the reservation, but dont hold the reservation.

Liked the hotel for easy access, great night view of the city, huge property. Massive renovations but the contractor they hired did such a bad job that place looks now so cheap, definitely not coming back. Wals were pieling already, cheapest floor planks cipping everywhere, no microway in the room but a small old one in the hallway.

Its a nice hotel but some of the doors are not pleasing to your eyes.. maybe they meed to improve the doors. The maintenance is doing nothing so better hire a a good maintenance.

In general, the property was good, but the parking garage was not. There was a room on each floor where a washer, dryer and microwave were located, that was very good! The staff cleaned the rooms and shared areas constantly, and the receptionists were nice and helpful. The drawbacks of the room that we stayed in was not having an openable window as well as the location of the sink that was outside the bathroom. It should be noted that the hotel is a pet friendly facility, this could be the only reason that I will not stay in that hotel in the future.

Bathtub stopper was completely moldy and dirty. Lots of construction and only one elevator right now. Pool wasn’t working so it was shut down. Breakfast buffet is expensive $26 for eggs.
