Beautiful area and exceptionally friendly staff greeting you at check in and in the general store. The rooms are clean but dated. The restaurant food was good but the service is slow and spotty. You’re a captive audience so be prepared to pay a premium. Overall, a good experience.

Great hotel

Great hotel. Spacious and unbelievable lake view. What impressed me most is how they handled the matter when my mom found out that she left her IPad in the room after we left. The hotel manager went great length to find the IPad and mailed it to us the very next day I reported the lost IPad. I cannot express how much I am grateful for it. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Right in the forest where we could walk to Biggest Fur Tree, and through rain forest. We went into town of Lake Quinault and around lake. Wonderful place and people. The rooms were exceptionally clean and serviceable. People were very helpful and kind.

Very rustic and a bit dated, but the bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Also, very quiet and tranquil atmosphere. The surrounding property is beautiful and we enjoyed our meal at the on-site restaurant.

Our room had a great view of Lake Quinault, the guy at the store/office was helpful and amusing. The room itself is old. The furniture and carpet really need updating - but it was clean. It was fine for a one night stay...but with added taxes, a bit pricey for what we got. The restaurant across the street had excellent food!! Salmon was their specialty - and it was great!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Place was very quiet and peaceful, and the restaurant and staff desk/convenience store were right next door. The lake was beautiful, food was great, and cafe and other lodge within the area were also nice to visit. Overall a great spot!
