Absolutely a disgrace. The rooms were dirty! Roaches crawling on the walls and bed! I canceled my reservation as soon as I got there which I did pay to have that covered with a plan through Expedia. The hotel refused they do not have an elevator so they cannot accommodate people with problems with walking upstairs. They’re selling drugs out of their clearly also prostitution absolutely not a safe place to stay.

My stay wasn't pleasant, towels and wash cloths were dirty with hair on them, pillow case had stains, turned water on this morning and there was no water, then when it came out it was Brown (I have a video). Couldn't shower, wash face, or brush my teeth before I had to leave at 6:30 this morning. Was told when I checked out they had a leak and was without water for two hours. I truly feel like staying here was like flushing money down the drain.

The room was spotless, the amenities cool my grandson said especially the Wifi. Every staff member we met helpful and like meeting old friends. I especially appreciated everyone being so attentive to my grandson. He does love to talk and ask questions. Thank you!

Fairly clean room. The bracket to hold the hand held shower head was broken. Breakfast was a joke, only store bought mini muffins, orange and apple juice and coffee, not a full breakfast. Did find a roach the last night we were there. We were originally assigned a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. It had been out for awhile and it was not on the website.
