I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and the experience you have is definately related to which room you are allocated . Anywhere in the adjacent buildings or towards the back of the property and your stay will be fine. Try and avoid a room at the front if you want to sleep at night. What i would say is that the staff are great and very receptive if you have an issue

The room was very clean, great facilities, the reception staff were not very friendly, however the girl running breakfast was friendly and breakfast was delicious, great variety! Would stay again!

The Hillingdon Prince Hotel offered me a good level of amenities, the cleanliness was of a high standard and the cooked breakfast also good quality. My standard room included a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise although I didn’t manage to use it. I’d stay here again in future.

Not the biggest of rooms but comfortable enough for a short stay. Rooms were very warm and not all rooms have windows that open. Really good breakfast in the morning and a bar that only opens in the evening. Taxi from the station is only £6 but when using a minibus booked by the hotel the price doubled. Overall a good stay and would use again

No breakfast on Christmas day

I booked the hotel through ebookers and paid for the booking with breakfast. I was informed by hotel staff that there was no breakfast on Christmas Day and there was nothing they were able to offer anything. I was advised that ebookers would know already about no breakfast on Christmas Day and I should take it up with ebookers.

I am so sorry Christmas day is the only day we do not serve breakfast. Ebookers will certainly be able to refund you for this, unfortunately as you booked through a booking agent we were unable to arrange this for you.

Convenient for university visit

Pros: Location
Cons: The price of the breakfast
Location: University 10 - 15 minute walk.
Reasonably priced, and good location for visiting the university. Christ Church bells (opposite) ring every hour, however. Breakfast was extra and over-priced.
