Have stayed at the Aurora 3 or 4 times as it’s so easy to get to/from the airport for an early flight or connection. Loved the new refurbished room and bathroom during my latest stay. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The new bathroom needs hooks for clothes/towels and a bath towel for the floor as it gets wet when showering, but other than that everything was great.

Few things: 1. We asked for a king sized bed (couple with a 2 year old child, plan was to let him sleep between us). We got a 2x90cm beds that had been put together but no adequate mattress on top. Consequently, out 2 year old son was lying on the 2 hard edges of the bed in the middle. He didn't sleep until he was sharing one of the 90cm mattresses. No-one slept in the middle. 2. The stand-by light on the TV is too bright. We meeded to cover it with a towel. Ok afterwards. 3. The fire alarm in the ceiling blinks every 30 seconds or so. And it blinks! It lit up the room every time. 4. They knew we were going to be three. We got two large towels. 5. Both the elevators' regular and regulatory check was expired (by three months). Overall, not worth the money even if the location is of course amazing if you have an early flight the day after. I woke up at 2am (my son slept in my side) and couldn't fall asleep again due to the blinking light from the fire alarm. Have slept at this hotel before and then it was absolutely fine. Hope this time was special.

All good, with great breakfast and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, fridges disappeared this year from the rooms (remodelling?..) but the staff was kind to keep our groceries in their fridge.

It’s a no frills hotel. The hotel was cold from the entrance and lobby with the bar. The rooms were clean but also cold. The restaurant is in another room so a slight bit warmer. Staff were super friendly and happy to help.
