The toilet broke on Saturday and I let the front desk know on Saturday that it didn’t work. They said they would put in a ticket and have someone check on it. After returning to the room at 10:30 pm the toilet was not fixed. Front desk said there is no maintenance on the weekends. We were able to change rooms which was extremely inconvenient at 10:30 at night.

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Bathroom walls and floor stained. Very noisy til after midnight on a weeknight. Mattress pretty new, but zero support, pillows collapsed flat immediately. Almost no water pressure and shower head needed replacing or intense cleaning as water not flowing from each portal. Felt like a $50 room. I would not stay there again.

Overall clean, bathroom could use an upgrade Tub was stained (but clean) and the part that goes to the drain was broke. Other than that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall satisfied with our stay.

The room was nice if nothing special but what I am writing about was the breakfast. Usually these are kind of blah but this place had a delicious Quaker oatmeal, not instant with so many available toppings, cereals, cage free scrambled eggs, sausage, take away bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, bagels, gluten free bagels, waffles, juices, fresh fruit. The best breakfast in my years of traveling Hilton Head to CT and back.
