I booked a king room and the person at the from desk completed my reservation without saying one word. I didn't realize it until I walked in the room. I called back down to ask was there a mix up. She said no, that's all we had. It would be nice to know this in advance. I'm disappointed in my service.

It was a comfortable stay. However, if there's no diligent upkeep, this Fairfield will be similar to a seedy Red Roof Inn. It could use a deep cleaning.

Expected better from a Marriott facility.

Disappointed- stains, wear, and unpleasant smells in hallways and common areas. Wear and cigarette smell in room. Shower wall surround not caulked well causing black cracks. Stained tub floor. Breakfast was not good. Out of waffle mix. Out of bread for toast one morning.
