They key of my room never work , I had to make multiple trip down to get a new key , for Americans never take the driver from the hotel , they completely over charge , the rooms are never clean , the staff very unfriendly .. not a good experience in this hotel and I don’t recommend

This is a five star property and everything about the staff, service, and hotel condition matched its five star designation. Hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us access the spa room to shower and change on the day of departure after we had checked out.

Amazing hotel if in Rio

Excellent hotel, the staff were all outstanding with customer service- special shout out to Gustavo on the front desk! Right on the beach (you do have to cross a busy road) - lovely pool and excellent gym. Near the golf course and great shopping.

This hotel is not near the major tourist areas. It, however, is right on a fantastic stretch of beach. The hotel had good food and my kids loved the pool and beach.

The hotel is new & beautiful. However, construction was underway on my floor which started mornings at 8am. I was in room 328 construction was 3 rooms away. I requested a broom & squeegee to clean my patio & windows. The hotel sent someone to clean it up. The other issue was the outdoor bar seating areas. Tables are often left with dirty glassware & plates. The waitstaff seemed oblivious and unconcerned. I think as a 5 star property the hotel should be more accommodating and come from a place of “yes”. I am planning to return in May and will give the property one more opportunity. My room recommendations are the king suite ocean front room. It’s definitely worth it❤️

They have a continuous guest who's an angry alcoholic who continually causes problems security is completely ineffective she sat down next to us and followed us everywhere we went our whole entire state was ruined three straight days in a row Period So unpleasant There was no Nice Beauty to this beautiful surroundings there was only complete ugliness and stress

The hotel is nice and people very kind. The beach is in front of the hotel at walking distance and beach service is ok. The hotel is in straight line to an airport and airplanes and helicopters noice is constant, even into the rooms.
