We expected quite a bit more for a centrally located facility that calls themselves embassy suites. The place was way understaffed for this large of an event at the amphitheater. Check in time was horrendous. The room service food was cold. Breakfast buffet was continually out of food. Trash and popcorn on the floor. our room came with a snack tray that we asked for twice and never got and there was a wad of hair in the toilet when we first came in the room and with a window that faces the west and check in time is not until four, you should probably close the blinds so the room is not incredibly hot when it’s time to check in.

Stayed here because of its proximity to a concert venue. Staff was great, breakfast was nice. Only complaint is the fridge in the room was a little squeaky and found a pill left on the floor that housekeeping missed. Overall everything was good, it was a quick stay for me.

Stayed in the Ozark Suite for our wedding anniversary, the room was beautiful and very clean! The front toilet was clogged when we got there and no one ended up coming to fix it when I called, but luckily there was the toilet in the bedroom so it wasn't a real issue.

We didnt have flavored creamers or stir sticks and there was only 3 creamers The tub didnt drain very well while showering but shampoo conditioner and soaps were great Ac took forever to cool the room down after we had maintenance come but once it did it was super cold Loved the omlets and bfast variety Dont understand why you have to pay for parking when your paying for a room thats insane!
