The room was very clean and well presented, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout my stay. However, I did notice that the milk provided in the room was expired. Although this was addressed quickly, the staff replaced it promptly and offered a sincere apology. it did affect the initial impression of the room amenities. I would recommend implementing stronger attention to detail during room checks to ensure that all items, particularly perishable ones, are up to date. This small improvement would help maintain the high standard of service and enhance the overall guest experience.

3 star hotel at best

Booked our final night here before departing Rome! While the location this hotel is fine - overall i felt it was very outdated and could quite a bit of TLC. Our room had peeling wallpaper in many spots (bathroom, main room, sitting area, chipped furniture and a very firm/uncomfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet was fine - but would have preferred more fresh options and easier access to coffee (one machine to make which took quite a while). They had eggs to boil (8-10 min process) and then breads, pastries, meats, etc. Check in and check out was easy but felt rushed The morning of checkout we requested a taxi to the airport (about a later) and while confirmed for a time pickup - it was nearly 30 min late with no communication from staff. We had to follow up repeatedly with front desk (and was told 1 min away, 5 min away, 10 min away and had to keeping checking in until the taxi finally arrived 30+ min later for our airport travel. Not sure i would classify this as a 4 star - I’d say 3 star at best. Overall, our experience fell flat and I would not recommend given price.

It’s a very nice property. The highlight for us was the spacious suite we received as an upgrade. It had two bathrooms, a king bed, and a sofa bed in two separate rooms. They also provided plenty of extra blankets and pillows without having to ask, which I really appreciated. It was very hot, and we looked forward to going back to air-conditioned rooms at the end of the day. After six weeks of traveling around Europe, we were exhausted and slept very well here. It's closer to Vatican city but quite a bit of a walk to rest of the tourist attractions. We liked the quiet neighborhood, there was a bus stop close by. Sofa bed could have been more comfortable. It can be set up as either a single or a double. I preferred the double, but housekeeping always made it as a single, which felt too narrow for comfort, so I readjusted it myself before sleeping. Reception staff handled requests efficiently, but interactions felt matter-of-fact. It was professional, but we missed a bit of warmth—there were no smiles or pleasantries exchanged.
