We had a lovely spacious room. The shower drain wasn’t working so for the inconvenience they gave us free breakfast which was lovely. Area around was beautiful. A nice quiet hotel. We really enjoyed having two balconies. It was hard to find the place where the shuttle picked us up at the airport. But I called the staff and they helped us.

We arrived late due to airline flight delays, but was still able to check in at 11:30pm (23:30). There was still one restaurant open within 15 minute walk, but would not recommend to walk alone as it is dark. Room was clean and quiet, but bath garbage was not thrown from previous guest. Reminder: To put door card in slot after entering as no lights or power until you do so. Also hall lighting is often delayed due to motion detectors not working. 7 Euro bus to airport is a good deal.

I saw a lot of negative reviews about this place, and clearly some people had problems. I ve stayed in plenty of places around this airport and i can tell you if you get this place at a good price then go for it. The shuttle arrives where and when it says it will. The hotel is in a decent area, plenty of good eats around and the staff are formal and proffessional ( lets face it you're not there to make friendships ). It was clean and safe.

We stayed for one night and the service was great. The room was cleaned and the staff were friendly. The shuttle service was great. I was at the airport and I noticed that my jacket was missing. The shuttle driver was kind enough to get it for me, great service.

It was good. The room comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fire drill that receptionnfailed to warn me about. I left the room running down the fire exit alone, only to see the final gate closed downstairs. The breakfast looked very poor of options. The evening restaurant food was delicious.

Pros: It is a beautiful location right by the sea and the sunrise and sets were gorgeous! Walkable to the piers and across the river to a nice beach. The lobby is clean and beautiful and there is a reasonably priced shuttle to the airport. They also let us hang out in the lobby after check out before our flight home as there was several hours difference. Cons: Our room was sub par /mediocre. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!! Broken lamp next to the bed, crooked pictures, scuffed up walls, dirty stained toilet. Didn’t have a kettle or mini coffee maker in the room which all other places we’ve stayed at in an Italy did. There was only 2 full sized bath towels for the 3 of us and when I asked for another full sized towel, they brought up 2 small hand towels instead. When I questioned that I was told snottily by the young lady “that’s why I brought 2 towels” We still had a nice evening and I was able to get cups of hot water for our tea from the bar downstairs but all in all, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
