The property is still new and it doesn’t have all the facilities working like the full lunch at Nobu and the terrace and spa are not complete. My biggest complaint was air conditioning does not function properly in the winter months and we were sweating in our rooms. It is not yet comparable to the other 5 star hotels in the area in terms of services and facilities at this time in my opinion. However the hotel is beautiful and the location is great so the potential is there

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Took my 10-year old for a mom-daughter trip to Rome and the staff took such painstakingly great care of both of us (and of her). Every detail was tended to and they were always so gracious. Much gratitude to Francesca, Alessandra, Marco, and Dominico. The hotel itself is lovely, more on the modern side. Bathroom has a rainfall shower which was so awesome. Food is also amazing. Great restaurant staff (thanks, Jeff!) Thank you for such a memorable experience! We will certainly be coming back.

The staff are impeccable! Friendly & amazingly helpful. Absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel. Good location - metro stop on the same block; walk through the metro to Spanish steps.

Avant tout, je tiens à souligner la bienveillance, la gentillesse et l’écoute de l’ensemble du personnel, qui ont rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique : la décoration des chambres est élégante, la literie est très confortable et la salle de bain est superbe. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est de qualité, et le restaurant Nobu est excellent. Je me permets simplement quelques suggestions d’amélioration pour parfaire l’expérience : • Maintenir le buffet même en semaine, ce qui est plus pratique que de devoir commander chaque élément. • Proposer une petite attention lors du service de nuit (chocolat ou biscuit), toujours appréciée. • Mettre de l’eau dans les chambres de manière systématique. • Ajouter un service de conciergerie pour aider à découvrir les meilleures adresses et activités. À part ces quelques points, tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
