We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed our time there. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The location was also perfect for getting around the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Initial room I was assigned was right over the lobby. And smoke from the smokers was drifting in. Stayed here due to convenience of Princess sponsored shuttle taking us to the port. I would NOT recommend this place. Stay elsewhere and just arrive morning of to travel to your cruise ship

Everything was nice .. staff is friendly, kind and accommodating. Room was clean and bar and food was a nice plus. We did not make any arrangements to get to the sea port and the gentleman saved us at least $75 getting us a private ride with another group.

Shower is extremely small. Room is small. Cleaning staff took a key from our room while we left for 1 night we returned the other key was deactivated. Do not buy the breakfast! It is overpriced for very limited choices. 12 euros each person for nothing more than a standard continental breakfast. Poor area is nice, some seats are in need of repair. Lobby is clean, the male bartender is great. Says under 2 miles from Saint Peter’s but it is actually 40 mins away and 20 min walk from restaurants be prepared to walk long distances or take buses
