We first stayed at Relais Vittoria in January 2025 and had such a wonderful experience that we couldn’t resist returning in January 2026. The hotel’s perfect location and peaceful atmosphere made it an easy choice. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offered the same quiet comfort we remembered from our previous stay — especially the incredibly comfortable bed that guaranteed a perfect night’s sleep. What made our return truly special was the warm welcome from the staff. It was lovely to see familiar faces who went out of their way to make us feel at home once again. Their friendly service and attention to detail reminded us why this hotel stands out. We’re already looking forward to our next visit, and hope to return again in January 2027. Relais Vittoria has become our favourite place to relax and unwind — highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and genuine hospitality.

This was a perfect hotel experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so warm and welcoming! We loved the intimate setting and the location. Easy bus access from outside of the hotel. Used mostly lines 70 & 87 to get around, aside from walking. Took bus 70 from Roma Termini straight to the hotel. We would absolutely come back here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Awesome Staff = Awesome Stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is walking distance to most landmarks in Rome. We had an awesome time!

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a Junior Suite and found that everything worked well. The breakfast was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful. In particular, Lavinia was amazingly helpful!

Absolutely disappointed with this place. Pictures fooled us. Did not even unpack our bags! Dirty, smelled horrible, our balcony felt as if it were going to crumble. If there were room on the floor, it seemed itd be better than the bed. Not quite sure how an average adult gets in/out of the showet its so tight. Definitely would not recommend. Complained to manager and they did nothing to help so we left 30min into our 4 day reservation and no refund or anything. Do not stay here

Great stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Only real issue was lack of hot water. Had to shower in the afternoon as there was only cold water in the mornings. Older building so I am assuming maybe older hot water system as well

This was my second stay at this hotel. This time I had been given a ‘superior’ room. Although it was like a suite, the only window looked out on to a shaft with drain pipes. I asked for a room change which they did the next day - so I had paid for a ‘superior’ room and ended up in one of the normal rooms which I was more satisfied with, apart from the pricing issue - I really feel I deserve a refund. The free bottle of wine was a large bottle of prosecco - for one person!!!! Ended up throwing most of it down the sink. Despite excellent location I’m not sure I will stay there again.
