Staff is very helpful and friendly, room is very comfortable. 5 minute walk from Piazza Novona, 30 minute walk to Vatican City and the Colleseum. Pasta and pizza restaurants everywhere around the hotel, and the pasta was excellent. Also a very short walk to a supermarket. There is a bus stop across the street. Several churches nearby with free access and the interiors are amazing.

Elevated experience in heart of Rome

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Hotel staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating, breakfast had lots of food choices, spacious room and overall very supportive of our 1 year old. Only concerns were the step up to the entrance/bathroom and slippery tub but we were able to closely watch our toddler around them. Highly recommend staying here for an elevated experience!

Location was great but it has limited acces to the terrace and I believe people also live there permanently and not friendly at all snobby area has a rooftop restaurant and club very noisy loud kept waking me up at all hours could still hear the people even with all windows closed also limited breakfast options at the this hotel and very expensive

A perfect hotel for your stay in Rome!

This was my first trip to Italy and so I was quite excited about my stay in Rome. The Terrace Pantheon Relais is a mere 4 minute walk from the Pantheon. A friend of mine recommended staying in this neighborhood. Three words immediately come to mind: location, location, location! This is the perfect spot for all of your sightseeing destinations, especially the short 4 minute walk to the Pantheon! I can’t say enough good things about the staff - they were ultra helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to providing a brush which I forgot to pack. Everyone was so friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely return here the next time I’m in Rome.

Great location and walkable to many historical sites! Great staff that went above our expectations and wonderful breakfast and roof top bar. Our room was in the annex building and it’s right next door to the hotel. Easily accessible to everything. They assisted will getting us taxis. Bernard was very personable and helpful with breakfast.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is SO helpful and nice. They arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, called restaurants on our behalf, and delivered things to our room within minutes of the request. It is in a great location on a quiet side street. I can't say enough good things about the staff and this hotel. My kids kept commenting on how nice everyone was. I would definitely stay here again -- They go above and beyond!

Nice rooms and good service amenities. As is common with Roman rooms, you’re not sure if you’re in an apartment building or condo or a hotel, every floor seems different, but the service was great. As was the location, cleanliness, and service. One thing that is difficult is getting a cab or ride share in the area. Limited pick up area makes for tight drop off/pick up. That’s my only negative about the overall experience there.

Great location close to the Pantheon

Location is very convenient, cental to most points of interest in Rome city. Staff were very friendly and professional, attended to every need we had as a family. The builing itself is very old so there's some quirks associated with it but overall stay was very positive.

I would first like to mention the breakfast staffs are incredibly welcoming and helpful!!! Mark, Kiko, along with other staffs provided outstanding service during our 6 day stay in Rome! This breakfast crew went beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care! We really appreciate the genuine customer service from Mark and all the staffs from the breakfast crew. The greet us with enthusiasm when we wakeup, they also welcome us back with warm greeting after a long day exploring Rome. We are all humans at the end of the day, and they the staffs made us feel like home! Besides the breakfast crew, Marco and Glyde from the reception are also very helpful and friendly! If we ever come back to visit Rome, we will stay here again for the incredible service from the staffs! Hotel room is spotless and clean! Location is central to everywhere. On the improvement side, sound insulation isn't very good. We could hear the noises from the streets outside and from other rooms. We were still able to sleep though. Room is a bit small but we booked the smallest room so no complain here.

A janitor walked in my room at 9:20am on my last day of staying without knocking the door. I said “excuse me?”, she said she was cleaning. In fact, I haven’t checked out yet. No apologized from this incident. When I told front desk this incident, the first thing they asked me was “was it male or female”, I said female. They seemed didn’t care about it as they should be. I was stucked in the elevator for over 40 minutes. When I tried to get clarification on what’s going on at front desk, they said they posted a paper in the elevator to expect electricity shortage. I entered the elevator on my own risk. Then my questions will be if you knew there will be electricity shortage to affect elevator, why you did not talk to us, email, text us or leave a note in the rooms or locked the elevator preventing anyone using? They didn’t think they did anything inappropriate and I was in traumatized and had a flight to catch, so I just left.
