Really enjoyed our stay at Trianon Borgo. The room I initially booked had an issue however, the staff called me well in advanced to let me know and automatically upgraded us to a bigger suite (free of charge). The hotel is clean, in a great location (7 mins to St Peter’s Basilica, 15 mins to the Vatican Museum), and most importantly, the staff are all so nice and welcoming. Lots of good restaurants and cafes in the area as well or within a short walk (10-15 mins). The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street so it’s not loud in the evening. The complementary breakfast is ok - more on the basic side - but that’s probably low on most people’s priority list when visiting the city. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Rome for a few nights.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Rome. The staff is very helpful and friendly and our room was wonderful! We enjoyed the location and the rooftop restaurant was the cherry on top. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location was great, very close to the Vatican area. The hotel staff was very nice, the laundry area was a great plus and the rooftop breakfast was very nice. We had the basic 2 bedroom apartment and I would say it was ok but really needs some updating. The doors hardly closed and made horrible noise. The bathroom shower grout was dirty. The beds were rock hard and pillows so paper thin. There is one small couch in the living room area - definitely not enough space for 5 people to sit. Size was fine, I would say it just really needs to be better appointed. All in all, it was ok, we definitely didn't spend much time in the room, so for just sleeping and getting ready it served it's purpose.

Trianon Borgo Pio is absolutely wonderful!!! From the amenities to the complementary breakfast! The staff are especially kind and helpful - speak various languages which is helpful for those who don’t speak Italian! Location is perfect! Restaurants, gelaterias and shops and attractions!
