As soon as you walked into the room you noticed The mattress cover was torn. The sheets were old and thin. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, blow dry. The staff were very pleasant.

The staff was very nice but the hotel was filthy. The bathtubs don’t drain and dirty. Hair all over and obviously not cleaned very often. Mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. Definitely needs a update

A Noisy Neighbor in Sutherland

Everything was fine but the walls were thin and we had a very noisy neighbor who left the tv on all night. The staff was great but couldn’t do anything about the facility’s short comings.

Unfortunately the room had sunflower seed shells all on the one side of the bed by the window and was so noisy being by the back entrance of the we assumed when they said they locked the doors at 10:00 p.m. they would do so people were in and out all night finally got up at 1:30 and checked out 2:00 couldn't sleep for adults other than that the room was nice
