Smart clean hotel just minutes from the city walls. We booked an economy room which was quite charming on a corner position with two opening windows. However the bathroom was tiny. Huge breakfast buffet and ample free parking at the back of the property.

Hotel Rappen is in a good location with easy parking. The old city wall is about one block away. The hotel also has a restaurant which is very convenient. Rooms were clean and the breakfast selection and quality was excellent.

Great choice close to the train station and city

Great hotel conveniently located with an excellent breakfast! For dinner we went to the restaurant next door and it was delicious. It’s part of the hotel but you access from the outside. Comfortable rooms with a great bathtub and shower. Slept so well and would definitely return!
