The staff was very nice and friendly. However the hotel itself is pretty outdated; rooms & amenities are from 90s I believe. The room was clean, but the standard not the best for the price- old carpet, curtains, small tv. We’ve had some issues with ac/heater turning at night on its own & shooting super hot air and waking us up, but the deers showing up at our window in the morning made up for that sleepless night. I’d probably choose another hotel, as this one is for less peaky guests. The pool & jacuzzi was well maintained though and the are around the hotel is very pretty to walk around.

Not worth the cost

The front desk was uninformative. We were unsure where elevators were, when breakfast was, nor where stairs were. The tables in the room had something sticky on them, some of the dishes in the room were dirty, and there was faulty outlets on the lamps and faulty switch in bathroom. Most the staff we encountered was not friendly with the exception of the breakfast cook and bartender in the evening. Hotel was nice in the lobby and outdoor fire area. Did enjoy the outdoor grills.

Not sure our room had been cleaned properly. Crackers on floor. Hair in the tub and someone's swim bottoms (female) left in shower. No sanitation method to clean weight equipment but other than that it is always lovely to be there.

The Elegante is a very cozy place to stay with a hotel feel. The rooms are clean, the outdoor areas are perfect for hanging out with a fire pit and lots of seating. The breakfast is the perfect way to start your day. Last but not least the jacuzzi is hot and the pool is clean. There are no complaints

I really enjoyed the stay, did relax. Would have liked to stay a little longer to use the pool, and gym. I liked the breakfast as well. First time staying here, beds were comfortable, would recommend this hotel. I also liked that it was close to a police station.
