The staff was great, but the hotel is under renovation so some of the amenities were not available. The pool and hottub and the fitness center were closed. It would have been nice to know of that beforehand.

Cleaning lady was real nice and respectful. Staff was actually really accommodating and although facilities in house were down they allowed us to use facilities across the parking lot at the other hotel.

Basic breakfast, nothing appetizing. Customer service was the best thing about this hotel. I would not stay here again though as it wasn't clean enough, too noisy and breakfast underwhelming.

Christine at the front desk is wonderful. Always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Gwenna with housekeeping is super fun and willing to do whatever you need. Basically, the whole staff are what you would want to work for you.

Everything was ok, except for the sauna and pool which were 'closed for repairs'. Was I informed about it in advance, I would never choose this place. Having these amenities available after a day on the skiis is very important and valuable. Great disappointment that they have it listed, but nothing in reality. Such a shame!
