Sehr schöne Hotel, super Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Guter Service für Auto parken. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück war lecker. Sofort wieder.

Hübsches "romantisches" Hotel.

Pros: Allg. sehr gute Service. Auch Restaurant, hervorragende Bedienung.
Location: Stadtmitte. Ganz in der nähe des Doms, Museen, Mozarts Geburtshaus, Restaurants etc.
Wir (2 Erw. mit 2 Kindern) 2 haben Nächte in einer Suite verbracht.

Hyvä keskellä Salzburgia

Pros: Sijainti.
Cons: Hotellin tiedoista poiketen 24 h huonepalvelua ei ollutkaan. Epämieluisa yllätys pitkän matkan jälkeen myöhään saapuessamme.
Location: Sijainti aivan keskellä vanhaakaupunkia. Kaikki merkittävät nähtävyydet 5-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Shoppailijan paratiisi.
Rauhallinen, siisti hotelli keskellä vanhaakaupunkia. Ystävällinen palvelu, tilava huone. Hyvä aamupala.

Olemme pahoillamme siitä, että odotuksenne eivät toteutuneet 100% ja huonepalvelua ei ollut saatavilla saapumisenne jälkeen - huonepalvelun tulisi olla jokaiselle vieraallemme saatavilla 24h. Olen informoinut hotellin johtoporrasta tapahtuneesta ja pyrimme parantamaan palvelujamme niin, ettei tällaista tulevaisuudessa tapahtuisi. Olen ilahtunut kuullessani, että piditte hotellin sijainnista ja huoneesta ja palvelu oli ystävälistä sekä aamupala vastasi odotuksianne. Toivottavasti näemme uudestaan Radisson Blu Hotel Altstadt:ssa. Mukavaa joulun odotusta ja terveisiä talvisesta Salzburgista,

Keine 5- Sterne Hotelzimmer

Personal sehr freundlich, Lage super zentral, Frühstück sehr gut. Im Zimmerservice zu wenig Personal, wurde uns auch so bestätigt. Sehr ringhörig, Fenster nicht sauber, im Badezimmer Kugelkopfhalterung vom Duschkopf hält nicht, Handlauf war nicht mehr befestigt wurde repariert, war 1 Tag später wieder locker. Unschön eingefügte Holzablagen unter dem Lavabo. Rechtes inneres Fenster konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden. In der Nacht hört man sehr laute Wassergeräuschähnliches plätschern, das von der Ventilation herkommen muss, obwohl diese ausgeschaltet war. Wir konnten 7 Nächte sehr wenig schlafen. Wir waren früher auch schon in Radisson Hotels und sehr zufrieden. Aber dieses Hotelzimmer ist weit entfernt von 5 Sternen.
