Had an amazing stay!! Room was clean, kitchenette was fully stocked and bed was super comfortable. Free breakfast was available, which included waffles, eggs, meat, and bread. Great location. Area was quiet and parking was reasonable to find. Appericated staff checking in via txt, and was able to txt back when I had a request. Amazing place to staff!!!!!! Highly recommend!!

The bathroom had a strong unpleasant chemical smell, we were about to ask for a room change, but because we were only at night there, we survived. Shuttle woks only till 9pm so we had to take an Uber to get there from the airport. It was also very noisy at night, it was hard to sleep AC and freezer were so loud we had to turn them off

Breakfast was equally satisfactory for the adults and grandkids. Sadly the kids ended up ill and we had to leave before we had planned. The two employees at the front desk,Freddy and Sarabeth was so kind and helpful. They empathized with our having to cancel the majority of our vacation, sent toys to our grandkids and even arranged for snacks for our trip home. We definitely will return to this hotel.

For my purposes which was recovery from surgery the place was excellent. The staff was very helpful and nice. There's a lot of areas to walk around the hotel that are lovely. Although the Hotel does not have a restaurant there are several in easy walking distance. I needed a kitchen and this one provided one that was sufficient. The decoration of the rooms is not as good as some other places like the Marriott but it was a fully accessible room which is what I needed. You can take an Uber for 5 or 10 dollars to get to supermarkets as well as Old Town and Little Italy. As I mentioned the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was decent although it was pretty much the same thing from day to day. They also need to get a real gym as the one they had was Tiny with very little equipment. Also what annoyed me that the picture they show when you make the reservation was not of the place at all but actually a place called Liberty Station about a half mile away. That's just wrong! However, that aside the place was perfect for my needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The food was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch — especially the pool and fitness area. The location was convenient, and everything felt safe and welcoming. Breakfast was good. My room was nice and cozy. I normally stay next door but they were booked. I’m glad they were because my stay was better here and rooms were nicer I think. Elevator was slow but over all my stay was pleasant. I’ll be back.
